You have a dining room, living room, fully equipped American kitchen, 3 bedrooms including one with a sunny terrace and 2 bathrooms. The duplex has air conditioning on both floors to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The accommodation has wifi. A large balcony is at your disposal where you can enjoy the warm summer days and beautiful sea views. For your convenience and peace of mind, a parking space in the same building is included in the reservation. One of its greatest charms is its location, as it is only 80 meters from the beach and very close to all services.

Pineda de Mar is certified with the family tourist destination brand, ideal for spending unforgettable vacations in a calm environment. Its wide and long beach offers a great variety of cafes, terraces, and restaurants where you can taste the wide variety of Mediterranean dishes. They have a large number of green spaces and playgrounds that make it a privileged nucleus to enjoy your family vacation. Pineda de Mar has a train station that runs along the entire Costa del Maresme, facilitating travel if you do not wish to use your vehicle. We offer you the following options:

1-Direct entry into accommodation: The keys will be delivered directly to your accommodation by a member of our team. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This option has an additional cost.
2 - Entry outside these hours, the surcharge depends on the arrival time.,

- Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory: 2,20€ per night and per person, for a maximum of 7 nights.
