In the luxurious Preserve Resort, located in Wears Valley - a short distance from Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and Cade's Cove. This cabin has it all: hot tub, pool table, foosball, dartboard, air hockey, blackjack/roulette table, electric fireplace, and blu-ray players (enabling you to access your Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc). With all these amenities in the cabin combined with the breathtaking view, you can pack your clothes, toothbrush, and groceries and never leave this great vacation getaway during your stay. If the park or entertainment interests you, you are only a short drive away!

We had a great time at our cabin. All the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Our older girls loved learning how to play pool with the adults. It was a beautiful location, the view of the mountains was exactly what we wanted.

This bear walked right in front of the cabin while we were on the porch.

Amazing stay at this property. Easy commute to get to the cabin. Large paved parking area. Loved coming back after the days activities to an amazing view. Ended every day with a cold drink on the balcony’s rocking chairs. We made use of the resort’s pool a couple times and loved swimming with a view. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We love visiting the Wears Valley/Townsend area and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view from the living room. Even better from the upstairs game room.

Mountain Top Retreat

Perfect location to get to Pigeon Forge, Townsend and The Smoky Mountains. The view was spectacular from the hot tub each night after hiking the Smokies, exploring Dollywood and hanging around Knoxville for the Vols game. We had a great time and even saw the Momma Bear and her 3 cubs roaming the culdesac below from the safety of the deck. Mt LeConte is even visible behind the range to the left. Highly Recommended!!!

Mountain getaway

We had issues getting to the cabin due to ice on the roads, however the property manager handled the situation well by great communication. The rest of the stay was amazing.

Beautiful Weekend To Relax

Spectacular views, peaceful and quite. Game room was great for after dark. Comfortable bed. Our only complaint was that the grass was too high and made clean up after the dogs difficult and I believe contributed to the numerous mosquitoes.

Amazing!

We had great communication with the hosts. The view was INCREDIBLE! Home was excellent for our kids with all the games they had and they LOVED the loft- so much fun! Home was stocked with everything you would need including a hair dryer and crockpot...which was nice to come home to our dinner cooked after a day hiking. Thank you!

Great views

This cabin has everything you’ll need with amazing views, no need to drive anywhere to see views. We took our 2 fur babies with us and it was perfect. They loved the porch as much as we did. You have views from the living dining and kitchen in this house so you don’t even have to go outside. Not far from wears valley which is the cutest hidden gem in the smoky mountains. So many cute places without all the traffic of pigeon forge and lots of great little locally owned restaurants with amazing foot. Highly recommend. We will be back again next year!

Great stay

The property was wonderful. Beautiful view. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the game room. But drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the mountains was my favorite thing. The road to the cabin was paved and easy to navigate. Just stay on your side of the road and slow down. You are in the mountains not on a drag strip. We also saw bears at the cabin during our stay so keep your camera handy. We had a great time. Wouldn't hesitate to book this cabin again.

Perfect Anniversary Get-away!

My wife and I celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary. We were amazed by the view from the cabin and surrounding areas. Those never get old. The cabin was immaculate, had a lot of space for us, and included all the amenities. The location is perfect. About a 10 min drive to Pigeon Forge. Lots of restaurants and bars in PF. We drove to Gatlinburg and enjoyed plenty of moonshine! If you like NOLA/Cajun food, go to Paw Paw's. Also, do not miss driving the Foothills Parkway! Spectacular. It was a great weekend.

Beautiful views

Breathtaking views from pretty cabin. But saying it sleeps 8 is a stretch. Only 1 bedroom. The rest cabin open so 6 people (especially a toddler) makes for difficult sleeping. 2 bed couches and 2 futons. Again only 1 real bed. Hottub wonderful and cabin well stocked. But be ready for uphill climb to get there.. Overall wonderful cabin But not good for toddlers.

Beautiful cabin with amazing views.

My husband and I spent three nights in Mountain Top Retreat and the name fits it perfectly. The mountain views from both floors were breathtaking. The cabin is a one-bedroom, but is spacious with a large game room upstairs and two full bathrooms. We enjoyed playing pool, darts, and the other games. The kitchen was well-equipped and the entire cabin was very clean and everything in working order. The cabin is in a good central location if you are planning visits to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Cade's Cove. Be prepared to travel narrow, winding roads to the top of the mountain. The route is well-marked with The Preserve direction signs.

Too far away from Pigeon Forge(30 mins out of Pigeon Forge).

Over 30 min drive to Pigeon Forge. The couch is very old, due to wear and tear the cushions were flat and not comfortable. The kitchen only had 1 fork and one tablespoon. The master bedroom mattress is old and swags on sleeping areas with a hump in the middle. I was disappointed with this cabin. The outside steps going into the cabin the very top is not level and a trip hazard. I tripped and fell and husband tripped. Beautiful view and clean

What a deal!

This is one place you have to see! The house was beautiful, the amenities plentiful, and this has definitely changed the way we travel. The house is perfect distance to the towns, shopping, and the national park. The on site pool was a great place for the kids to enjoy and the adults really loved the second floor hot tub overlooking stunning views. Everything about the transaction ran smoothly (I was nervous as this was our first time renting a house). We got the codes right on time and everything was perfect. To any questions I had, the owners responded within the hour. The king bed was huge and the kids loved the loft. The added games in the house kept the kids occupied. The view made everything worth it! The first reaction from the kids when we arrived was 'can we live here?'. Such a beautiful and peaceful property.

This cabin was perfect for a a vacation with 2 teens with a pool table, fuseball, and air hockey. There was also a hot tub and pool. We saw a mama bear and 4 cubs twice at the cabin. We did several hikes in the national park and drove through cades cove and roaring fork motor trail. Nothing is very close to this cabin as it’s high in the mountains. It takes 30 to 50 minutes for most activities we did. The roads are winding with no guard rails on the drive up to the cabin. This was not an issue for us and added to the Smokey mountain experience. But for someone who doesn’t want to drive that much it’s good to know. My family really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location and host, unpredictable neighbors and cleanliness

The views and ambiance were incredible except for waking at 7am to the next door cabin having its roof completely redone all day. The cabins are closely spaced and individually owned so unpredictable who or what will be next to you during your stay. Also, single roll of paper towels, almost empty salt shaker, dusty walls, and unclean dishes (probably because guests are expected to clean and restock all dishes prior to departure) were among the several small complaints we have with the experience. Worth the view but would probably look for other options that offer the same view first before coming back.

Gorgeous view

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The cabin is beautiful and looks quite large in photos and on the exterior upon arrival. However, there is very little room to move around in the living room and bedroom. I would say it is a cozy setting in those rooms. The kitchen is perfect and has everything you need…As far as the view, it is stunning, that in itself was well worth the stay. My only complaint was the bed…the mattress was very hard and made it difficult to get a good nights rest. My husband and I kept waking up periodically throughout the night. Other than that, you will be happy you chose this place for your stay.
