Perfectly located, spacious stone villa built with traditional materials creating a modern yet cozy summer house ideal for relaxation. This newly constructed beautiful villa is a 3 minute walk from Soros beach, enjoys magnificent views of the Aegean islands and is perfectly suited for families or groups of friends.
This fantastic house is used to being filled with family and friends and has an extremely welcoming, cozy feel to it. There are many corners to gather for chats and meals, both basking in the sun but also in cooler shade; an Al-Fresco dining table facing the Aegean sea and another outdoor breakfast table under the pergola by the kitchen. A large indoor dining table to gather round for breakfast and an indoor and outdoor living room/seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that a guest could desire. In addition there is a small outdoor BBQ and sun loungers.

On the top floor is the en-suite master bedroom that offers panoramic views from its surrounding verandas.

On the lower floor there is an additional living room space that serves perfectly as a kids' den with an extra TV/DVD/Stereo system. In this space there is an extra wide bunk bed and a double sofa bed. On the same floor there is another large en-suite bedroom containing 2 beds with additional 2 pull-outs, sleeping 4 people. Furthermore, there are two additional twin en-suite bedrooms which can also convert into double beds.

All windows have fitted mosquito screens, all bedrooms have air-conditioning and many rooms have additional ceiling fans too.All rooms are en-suite with extra sets of sheets/towels. A proper wooden baby/toddler crib is available.

Unlimited wireless internet access is available in most areas.

The house's location is perfect for seasonal and off-season vacations too. The well-known Soros beach at the bottom of the path is idyllic for absolutely everyone. During the summer there is a great beach restaurant that serves drinks and delicious food all day (sun loungers and umbrellas if one chooses) yet if you prefer your quiet time, the early mornings are perfect on Soros beach too.

Owner is available on phone 24hours a day and via email.

There house manager will greet you on your check in/out. He will be available in person and on the phone too for any assistance you may need to make your stay more enjoyable.

More regular cleaning and change of linen and towels is available upon request and at a corresponding fee.

Pets may be allowed upon request and at an additional fee of 50 euro to cover additional cleaning.
