As you open the front door onto the open hallway, your eye is drawn to the famous 'Santa Catarina' terracotta tiled floors which are a feature throughout the apartment. The spacious lounge with TV, DVD player, satellite TV (including Dutch TV channels), seating for all the family and sliding doors leading out onto a balcony terrace with seating and views to Meia Praia beach which is just 150 metres away. The beautiful kitchen has a dining table with seating for 6, a larder, SMEG oven, fridge freezer, washing machine
dishwasher, Belfast sink and small balcony to the rear.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one with 2 singles and each benefits from a private terrace or balcony and extensive wardrobe space. There is an extra travel cot for a child. The stylish decor continues into the bathrooms which have large rain-showers and one also has a bath. There is free Wi-Fi available and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Located in the heart of Meia Praia, with the beach of the same name at the end of the road, just a 2 minute walk away. This beach is one of the longest beaches in the Algarve, golden sand and dunes stretching for an impressive 4.5 km, even in the height of season there is room for everybody on this amazing beach .

With no less than 7 stunning restaurants and eateries dotted along the length, serving fresh fish and mouth watering dishes of Portuguese and international influences. To the east there is even a lagoon, fantastic in low tide for crabbing with the children and catching 'Ameijoas' small clams, a great spot for the kids! There is a good selection of water sports during the summer season, right on the doorstep

Right next to the apartment is one of the most spectacular golf courses of the Algarve - Palmares Golf is set in a beautiful location, blending a perfect mix of links and parkland, with magnificent views over Lagos Bay and the Monchique mountains.

Close by is the vibrant Marina de Lagos and a very well stocked supermarket, Pingo Doce, where you can stock up.
