This stunning brand new honeymoon villa is located in the centre of the peaceful village of Uzumlu, some 9 km from the popular resort town of Kalkan.

Constructed in a modern style, the accomodation comprises of a large open plan lounge / kitchen and dining area , and a double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. All these areas open directly on to the pool terrace, where there is a very large infinity pool, some 13 x 4 metres , depth 1.55 metres. This pool can be made completely unseen from outside the villa by the use of a curtain system.

The villa also has a good sized indoor pool, 7 x 3 metres, depth 1.3 metres, which has a heating system that is included in the price from the month of October onwards. This makes this villa an ideal choice for those guests wishing to come in the cooler months of the season.
The villa has all the expected fixtures and fittings, from a large flat screen televison to a luxury circular jacuzzi. The property is air-conditioned throughout and had wi-fi internet too.
Guests staying in this villa would benefit from having the use of a vehicle, but there are local grocers who provide a free delivery service to the villa, as well as a couple of restaurants.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
