The town in which it is located, Prata di Principato Ultra, boasts one of the oldest and most valuable monuments in Irpinia: the Basilica of the Annunciation!
It is located in the heart of the Greek DOCG vineyards of Tufo and Fiano di Avellino. From May to October Irpinia is full of festivals and celebrations, where you can appreciate wines and culinary traditions. You will be able to discover villages and towns characteristic of this rich and surprising territory, called "Ireland of Italy".

The house is totally independent, surrounded by nature and is isolated. It is located 1 km from the village where you can find groceries, butchers, fruit shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and pharmacies and is 10 km from Avellino, the provincial capital.
It has an outdoor swimming pool, for the exclusive use of those who stay there, located in an extremely panoramic position and is available from 1st June to 31st October.
The structure, easily reachable, is ten minutes from the Avellino Est motorway exit.
