The Space:
The concept of Urban Beach apartment came from the proximity of this lovely holiday home to the beautiful Estoril beaches and its urban setting. The apartment has been decorated in keeping with this. Within the different areas be sure to find themes influenced by neutral sandy colours which contrast with blues, greens and greys, like the sand, sea and rocks.
You’ll find Urban beach spacious with lots of natural light and many beach(y) influences such as the unique art on the walls along with other decorative elements. Each area has its own personal touch.
This holiday home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.
The twin bedroom has a large window with lots of natural light but also offers electrical shutters so you won’t be disturbed by light in the morning, air conditioning and has a built-in closet. Here you will find the blue tones which will remind you of floating on the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom, has an en suite bathroom with 2 large windows and access to its own personal deck where you may find a small table that seats 2, ideal for morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day; this room’s décor is influenced by the fine sandy beaches.

We will give you a proper welcome on your arrival by meeting you with the keys at the property and showing you around.
The Neighborhood:
Urban Beach Estoril Apartment is located within a friendly family oriented area. The property is found within a 4 apartment complex and on one of the connecting back streets that lead to Estoril. Near the apartment you will a coffee shop, a few meters down a mini market (near the parish council) where you will find direct access to paredão, known by the locals, which is the beachfront pathway that connects São João do Estoril to Cascais - worth the walk and along it you will find different beaches, bars and restaurants.
Getting Around:
The apartment is located 7 min walk away from the Estoril Train Station, where you will also find the bus stop with connecting routes to Cascais, Sintra.

* Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
-For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €30.00
-For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €60.00.
-We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.
* Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
