· Ground floor: there is an ample open space with a totally equipped modern kitchen, which opens up to a dining area and a living area; from the living area, there is direct access to the private terrace and swimming pool; there is also a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

· 1st floor: there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; the bedrooms have access to a large balcony, overlooking the swimming pool and the sea.

Indoor amenities:
Features of this villa include electric shutters, secure doors, A/C in each room. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The bedrooms feature a 32" LCD TV, en suite bathrooms with shower and hairdryers. Complimentary toiletries are provided. Special attention has been given to the quality of sleep. Linens, towels, and pool towels are provided.

The living-dining and lounge area is equipped with a 40" LCD TV, a sofa, and a dining table. The open space modern kitchen is ultra-equipped to make your stay as smooth as possible: coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, pots and pans, elegant dinnerware, and glassware.

Outdoor amenities:

The lounge area leads directly into the patio, which boasts a 50 sqm private swimming pool with an outdoor setting (table, chairs, loungers).

There is also and a private outdoor stone-built BBQ for alfresco cooking and dining.

The private parking of this villa is dedicated to the residents of this villa only.
