We found some issues at the property. The property isn't marked with a name or number so you have to guess. The door key is a joke and it takes an age of trying to get it to operate the locking mechanism. The drainage system is not so good either. Showers take an age to drain away the water. One bathroom was unusable due to the smell of the sewers, it was bad , really bad. We has to make our own beds up on arrival and there were no tea towels or bin liners available. Outside the balcony are the lucky lucky boys selling there wares from 9am to 7pm every day., not something shown in the brochure. Nothing the agent can do of course but not the best view to have. The agent forgot to give us a key fob to open the gates to the complex, this was promised to be delivered but never arrives so parking the car each night was an issue.
We were a group of down to earth people staying at the apartment and take most things in our stride., but the issues mentioned above and some others not mentioned need to be addressed by the owner / agent to improve the experience staying at this property.
