The Nipitella apartment (40 square meters) has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a coffee machine with a filter, cutlery, plates and pots.
Linen for bed and bath is provided.

It is equipped with a heating system and despite the absence of the air conditioning system, the structure and the geographical layout of the building allow a comfortable stay even in the hottest summer months.
There is also an LCD-TV with satellite receiver and an Internet connection via WLAN.
On the lawn in front of the apartment there is a table with six chairs and a swing, overlooking the lake.
The apartment can accommodate up to two people.
