Located on the ground floor, cute studio, with independent bathroom, kitchenette and mezzanine in a quiet building and close to transport, shops, schools and the university. Free parking in front of the building.
10 minutes by train and 20 minutes from Lille metro
400 m from the train station and the metro. Bus stop at the bottom of the building. Shopping area 300 m. Pool and gym at 100 m. Theater (the Coliseum) at 100 m. 200 m from the famous museum "The swimming pool" of Roubaix. 500 m from the Grand'Place and various shops in the city center. 1000 m from Outlet stores, Mc Arthur Glenn.
All you need for a pleasant stay in Roubaix, university town with many colleges and universities. Roubaix is also the city of bargains with its outlets and outlet stores.
