This incredible penthouse with a spectacular view is located on the third floor (without elevator) of a stately building located in the center of Alghero, facing the beach near the center.

The house consists of an open plan lounge with a large covered terrace overlooking the sea and the beach, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The rooms are 2 double and one triple. An additional bed can accommodate up to 8 people.

The kitchen is equipped with everything, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, ideal for cooking with friends and eating on the outdoor veranda lulled by the sea breeze and the red of the sunset.

Washing machine and Internet connection.

The veranda overlooking the sea is the focal point of the house. The perfect place for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners with the turquoise sea in the background. Precious outdoor furniture will welcome you at your entrance.

If the balance is paid by credit card, we will ask for the cost of bank transaction fees (3%).

The security deposit will be returned upon departure if the house is in order (without garbage or dirty dishes) and without damage.
