Great stay and good for kids

This was a beautiful spot on the lake and a great dock. Nice large living space. Two normal sized cars do fit into the garage which is helpful as there is no other space to park! We put boat in just a few miles away at State Park and used the dock. No cards or games as indicated in the profile, so bring your own!

Basic house, beautiful dock and gorgeous view

The house was a basic cookie cutter rental. The star is being right on the lake with a large deck and dock! Beware the very narrow driveway and garage.

Beautiful lake house

Location is everything. Direct access to the lake made our trip to Lake Chelan so special. The house is large enough for us to stay comfortably. When we had issues with hot water and wifi, a member of the staff promptly arrived and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. We would be happy to return.

Great spot on the lake!

The property is very clean and well-appointed. Lots of space for the max # of adults. Plenty of beach towels, cookware, and linens were available. The location is great, not far from town, with excellent water access.The only hiccup we had was accessing the garage. The front door lock is opened by code, so there is no house key. The instructions reference using a key to open the garage. That key is in a lockbox by the garage door, which uses a different code than the front door. I recommend including that code with check-in instructions. For renters, if the garage lockbox code isn't in the check-in instructions, message support for it right away, because it took about 6 hours for the support team to track it down.Otherwise, a perfect stay for our group!

Beautiful home and location amazing, house has good bones but owner/management company neglects taking care of it! Multiple things from a good deep cleaning inside and out. Dead bugs, cobwebs all over the deck railing , bbq , railing loose, inside floor dirty, top of refrigerator, AC filter was changed while there (horrible) due to us calling b/c ac was marginal. upstairs bathroom fan not working with burnt whole in the cover, kitchen cabinet loose , No umbrella or lounge chairs for deck and if it wasn’t for my nephew coming from a soccer tournament it would have been miserable for he had a standup cover for shade. I know “it’s a rental”, just sad!

Sunset Cove

This is a great property. 10 mins from the main town centre so super convenient. Stunning almost 180 of the lake with a much larger dock than I realized from pictures. Loved that there were some kids toys left that our little ones could play with and that the gates and fencing was all very secure. Kitchen spacious enough for more than one person to cook at the same time and BBQ was set up with propane and ready to go. All three bedrooms have stunning views so was not challenging to chose our rooms. Lots of well appointed supplies for laundry, cooking, etc. Air conditioning was also just fantastic, well above our expectations. On the downside my biggest criticism would be the plumbing. Water pressure drops off if dishwasher/laundry/ etc is running making our coordination on showers more difficult, but it is a lake house. Only other recommendation would be a few family games would have been nice. All in a great property on a gem of a lake 🙌🏻

Not worth the price of admission

First, the listing did NOT state that if you have a car that isn’t compact that you can’t park at the house. Next, we arrived and there was no welcome text or email that shared the door code. When I called I was told to look for a lockbox, the code provided didn’t work. We had to figure out on our own that it was a code to the actual door not a lockbox. The welcome book was out of order and had receipts from previous guests inside. (Including address). Once inside we had issues with one of the bathroom tubs not draining. The deck of the dock had broken slats and my son’s foot got stuck in the dock. He’s okay but it scared all of us. The check out instructions in the welcome book at the house DO NOT match was was texted to us at 10:30am when check out is at 11am. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Dirty place- Beware

Our check in time is at 11 AM and we didn’t arrive until 3 PM. When we arrived at the house when I was still there. She essentially kicked us out And told us that she would be done until 5 PM. We did up staying because we had to get things ready for dinner, but she didn’t have anything done. The beds were done and that was it. We didn’t have any towels, the carpets werent cleaned, there were cobwebs and every corner. This place is very dirty. They also have two rooms that do not have fire alarms in them. It looks like they have been removed which is a safety hazard. They also gave us the wrong code for the door and the garage So I had to spend time on the phone with one of their representatives to try to figure it out. this text probably about an hour.There are Nats everywhere. Everywhere. Our group all chipped in to clean the house The morning after we arrived because the house was so dirty and there were so many bugs inside of the house. It didn’t change the next day either. The water pressure is awful. Some of the showers dont work properly- if you turn it to cold it’s hot and when you turn it to hot it’s cold. The spiders are everywhere. We couldn’t hold on to the deck rails because they are covered in spiders and spider webs. This stay is not cheap and I truly feel that we did not get what we paid for. I would not recommend this place to a anyone and would not book again.

Property looks better on listing

Our family had a great stay, but the house driveway and garage were extremely difficult to get in and out of. The house was infested with fruit flies and it took mixing vinegar and dish soap together in little dishes to get rid of some, not all. Also I informed the property manager several times I would be bringing a boat to keep at the dock, and when we got there the homeowners boat was occupying the dock/lift. Luckily we were able to secure our boat using the other side of the dock, we were worried it wouldn’t fit because of how high the dock is, but it worked out with the size boat we had! Not sure if smaller boats would have been able to tie up! I would recommend the property owners give the property a little more love, it would have made the stay more comfortable if we didn’t have to deal with all the flies in the house, dirty floors, and dock and the driveway issues! It was a great location though, I will give them that!

Huge deck and Great Lake access, but outdoor furniture is not as pictured. The cushions are old (not what is in pics) and collapsed. House wasn’t clean- dried meat all over inside oven, bbq unusable without major cleaning, rat poop in many places over deck outside. Owner keeps boat in lift so no spot for boat on dock.

Beautiful Lake House

Beautiful lake house right on Lake Chelan with its own private dock. This home is well stocked with everything you might need to enjoy a week on the lake and more. This place is even better than the pictures. Beds were super comfortable and you woke up each morning to incredible views. Very close to many of the Chelan wineries if that’s your thing. About 15 minutes from the town of Chelan. The driveway into the property is a little tricky, steep and room for one car at a time but so worth it once you are at the house and on the lake. Loved staying here and we hope to be back next summer. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Home and location are great, home has everything we needed. Unfortunately it was not clean. The kitchen cabinets were full of bread Cannes. We had to wash all dishes before using them. We had to use slippers all time since floors were not wiped.

Don’t rent this home

It’s very expensive with little amenities. Paid 7k for a week and home has no dressers in the bedrooms or luggage racks, no cable, no iron or ironing board, shower curtain with mildew and a barn door for the master bathroom. Your “starter kit” for this price includes 3 trash bags, three small rolls of paper towels and 8 rolls of TP.

Great house, but needs minor improvements for 5 star

The house was great! Fantastic views, awesome floor plan and set up. 3 Bedrooms upstairs, 1 king bed, 2 double beds. downstairs has a pullout bed and a futon that can sleep 1 person. Overall, the house can probably sleep 9 comfortable. Con- Driveway and Parking is not the best. Also, kitchen faucet has absolutely no pressure. Called management, they sent a tech over, but was not resolved. we used the bathtub to get water in the pots.

Great summer house

This is a nice house, and is to date the most well-appointed kitchen I've rented. We stayed here in December, and while I wouldn't stay here again in the winter I'd consider it for the summer (this is clearly a summer house). The house was clean except for one of the bedrooms: there was dried vomit on the floor, which was pretty disgusting.
