The flat is located on Quartermile, an unrivalled location in the very heart of Edinburgh's old town. It is well-positioned and is within walking distance of the city's historic centre and major travel hubs. One of the popular tourist attractions, the Meadows, lays near Quartermile. With only 2 mins walking from our flat, you will be able to enter this beautiful refreshing meadows place for a peaceful walk. When in the summer time, the Meadows is also the best place for you to do barbeque under the blossom cherry trees, with the sun shines on you.
A thing that worth to be notice is that, George Square is one of the main tourism hub for the Edinburgh Fringe. Our flat is only 5 mins walk away from there. We believe that our flat is with one of the best location for you to enjoy Edinburgh Fringe.

THE SPACE
We will clean and check the flat carefully before your arrival to make sure it is well prepared.
You will have the entire flat during your stay. The flat has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room which we believe that is comfortable to accommodate maximum three guests. You will have the entire flat during your stay, along with necessary items that we provide there, including such as towels, a hair dryer, multi-function charging plugs. You are also welcomed to use our fully equipped kitchen/dining room with appliances that we prepared for you.
There is a big private Q-Park outside of our building where you can securely park your car if needed (you will need to pay for the parking fee). A Starbucks, a Swedish bakery and a Sainsbury's is located just across the road from the building complex.
GUEST ACCESS
There are two ways to access to the flat. You can choose to access the flat either by lift or by using the communal stairs and walking up to the 6th floor. Free WiFi access is provided.
