Best host ever!

Super easy check in. Close to beach, and restaurants. Catch and Uber to Old Town. Was clean, nice, and had all of the items we needed. Updated throughout.

Hilltop comfort

From the initial booking to after we had vacated, the communication from Teo was excellent. The home was extremely clean, and had great facilities (all cooking utensils, pantry staples, fresh towels, washing machine, hairdryer, Netflix etc). As a group of three friends (mid 30s) looking for a long overdue catch-up holiday this was perfect for us. One room does have two single beds but that was okay. It’s at the top of a hill so expect a lot of stairs back up or a short Uber if you’d prefer, there’s a little courtyard with table & chairs, and you’re really close to local restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend.

Great Place for A Stay in Dubrovnik

My family (6 adults from 26 to 62) stayed here for three days in late June of 2024. Teo, the property manager, could not be easier to deal with. Great communication prior to and during our stay. The unit is fully equipped with the necessary amenities, it is furnished and decorated well, and everything works (air conditioning was great during the heat wave). Check in is a breeze because of Teo. This is a perfect place for a base of operations in that it is only a 10 euro Uber to and from Old Town and it is located directly up the hill from Sunset Beach, its waterfront walkway and its restaurants/shops. The only caution is that it is 390+ vertical steps to and from the top of the hill to the walkway, so you have to be in pretty good shape to pop down there a few times a day. The upside is that, after dinner, the walk up the steps will work off any food and/or booze you’ve had. The area around the apartment is safe, but certainly not the prettiest. But you aren’t there to visit the neighborhood, you’re there to visit the beach, Dubrovnik, Lapad, the food, the history and the people, all of which are easily accessed from this apartment. I would absolutely stay here again.
