The accommodation is all on one level, with a lovely open plan kitchen/dining room with newly fitted units, a range of appliances and a dining area with dining table and chairs for 6. Double doors lead into a bright, spacious sitting room with comfortable seating for 6.

There are two bedrooms, the lovely main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has full size bunk beds, suitable for children, big teenagers or even adults. The adjacent bathroom is modern and has been newly fitted with a bath, with overhead shower and basin. There is a separate W.C.

Outside is a small enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture and parking for one car.
