Luxury Villa D'Esposito is a refined and very elegant structure located in the center of Sant'Agnello in a beautiful private garden (less than 2 km from the center of Sorrento), with all services within walking distance.

This breathtaking property is part of a wonderful estate divided into two fantastic very large units, however, the outdoor area and the pool area are for the exclusive use of guests.

The whole unit is on 3 levels and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private pool and a well-kept garden and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. (2 people on a sofa bed).

The exterior is simply beautiful, a well-kept garden equipped with sun loungers, various seating areas, a barbecue and, of course, a wonderful 8x4 m pool (1.20-1.70 deep) and an outdoor shower.

When you enter the villa from the main entrance you have to make about 10 steps to reach the lobby, and soon you will be greeted by its incomparable style.

The living room is very spacious and bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling French windows and the 2 windows from where you can admire a wonderful view from almost every corner of this entire floor.

From the ground floor of the villa it is possible to access the basement through an internal staircase of about 18 steps, as soon as you approach the room you will soon be greeted by its particular style, a living area with 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed), TV a small pool table, small dining table with chairs.

To reach the night corner you need to take 7 steps and find 2 single beds and a lovely wardrobe. This floor has private bathroom with shower and washing machine.
