Welcome to Öland!

The stunning ocean view from the south-east facing windows is what makes this property truly special. The windows running along the entire side of the kitchen and living room provide an open space that is one with the nature outside.

The view can also be enjoyed from the large deck or the heated 30-degree pool, reached through the door from the living space. Enjoy the calmness of the surrounding nature typical of Öland - rocky landscape with a great diversity of plants, flowers and wild life. In close proximity to the house is a bird protection area with beautiful wetlands connected to the ocean, ready to be explored using the provided kayaks.

The house on the property has three bedrooms with room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen and livingroom are joined, creating a large social area with the deck just outside. The kitchen is equipped with all the kitchen supplies you could need and there is a separate laundry room at your disposal. The modern bathroom has a toilet and shower. Behind the house is a large garden with another deck and plenty of space for children to play. There is also an area lowered into the ground providing a perfect place to escape the wind and light a fire and enjoy the sun set over the tree tops and fields.

Water is provided by the municipality, meaning there is no risk of running out and the water is of top quality, which can be drank from the tap. There is an air-conditioning unit (for heating and cooling) in the living space and radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom. Unlimited Wi-Fi, cleaning, towels and bedding is included. Dogs are welcome.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Die Lage ist toll, etwas abgeschieden. Der Pool hat unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Die Boote haben wir nicht genutzt aber sie sind dennoch ein tolles Extra. Es gibt insgesamt wenig zu bemängeln. Tolle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Und die Grillstation mit Pizzaofen war klasse. Anzumerken wäre lediglich das Öland insgesamt eher nicht sehr „schwedisch“ ist. Eher eine Mischung aus Rügen und Kroatien. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alles ist sauber und angenehm. Der beheizte Pool war das Highlight, da man in der Ostsee nicht immer baden kann. Es war auch jemand da, der die Wasserqualität überprüft hat. Die Terasse und Grillecke runden den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und haben uns über alles gut informiert. Alles in allem 5 Sterne von 5 von uns (Familie mit Teenager und Cockerspaniel)

Super huis

De woning is heerlijk gesitueerd in de natuur, met uitzicht op de zee. Het huis is licht en smaakvol ingericht en was super schoon. Het klopte gewoon ook het terras was heerlijk en de faciliteiten voor outdoor cooking. Zwembad was prima op temperatuur. We hebben erg genoten en voelden ons erg thuis

Härlig avkoppling

En härlig vistelse från början till slut! Boendet levde upp till alla förväntningar, fint och fräscht, rent överallt. Mycket förvaringsytor, både garderober och byråer i sovrum samt badrum och även i köket. Det kändes väldigt skönt och lyxigt! Utöver framsidan med poolen var även baksidan härlig, med ytterligare en altan och kvällssol samt gräsytor. Perfekt för middag och spel/lek i trädgården! Läget var fantastiskt, idylliskt. Väldigt lugnt, skönt och tyst. Det enda som hördes var fågelkvitter. Hade kontakt med ägaren en gång då vi fick problem med Wi-Fi, det löstes snabbt och smidigt. Alla i familjen trivdes under vår vecka och barnen vill komma tillbaka varje sommar, så vi kan inte annat än rekommendera!

Fantastiskt naturnära hus!

Vi hade en väldigt bra vecka i huset. Allting fungerade väldigt smidigt, alla bekvämligheter fanns i huset och vi hade god kontakt med hyresvärden. Kan verkligen rekommendera att hyra detta fina hus på Öland!
