Greenbluehouse is a recently built house overlooking the sea, equipped with every comfort and immersed in an ancient olive grove.
The house consists of a large bedroom, bathroom, open plan kitchen with a double sofa bed, on one floor with large windows that lead directly onto the 60sqm sun terrace, with a covered equipped veranda and hanging gardens. The structure has private parking, a small outdoor swimming pool and free wifi. We are on the first hill of Chiavari, 2.5 km from the city center and the nearest beaches, reachable on foot. We are easily reachable by exiting at the Lavagna tollbooth which is 5 minutes away.
The structure is ideal for those who want tranquility but at the same time the convenience of the city center; strategic starting point to visit the park of Portofino, the Cinque Terre and the towns of Tigullio from Sestri Levante to Santa Margherita Ligure, to Camogli and the Golfo Paradiso, to Genoa which is only 36 km away.
The house is also an excellent starting point for trekking and mountain bike trails in the area.

Uns hat die grosse Terrasse mit dem Blick ins Tal hinunter am besten gefallen. Einfach WOW, dass wir die meiste Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes dort verbrachten.Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Luca, der Vermieter, war sehr hilfsbereit.Chiavari als Standpunkt war eine gute Wahl. Es ist nicht so touristisch -wir waren allerdings im Oktober da, dass wir auch das Leben der Einheimischen mitbekamen und deswegen auch in Restaurants waren, die von ihnen besucht werden. Wir machten Ausflüge ins nahe Rapallo, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre und ins Hinterland in eindrückliche Täler wie das "Val d'Aveto" oder "Val Fontanabuona". Mit dem Zug kommt man von Chiavari gut an die bekannten Küstenorte. Bei Ausflügen ins Hinterland kommt man besser mit dem Auto hin.

Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt! Das Haus liegt in den Bergen mit wunderschönem Blick auf Chiavari und das Meer. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in der City. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine vierköpfige Familie benötigt. Der Vermieter wohnt im unteren Bereich und ist jederzeit ansprechbar, aber nicht aufdringlich. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag, ist dort richtig. Ein gepflegter Pool auf der Terrasse ist das kleine Highlight, der zum Erfrischen völlig ausreicht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Einfach nur schön

Wir waren als Familie dort und es war sehr schön,Ausstattung super,alles vorhanden was man braucht ,große Terrasse mit Pool. Chiavari ist auch sehenswert und toll vorallem Abends.Mega schöne Strände haben wir gesehen.Italien ist einfach nur schön. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich, obwohl sie dort wohnen hat man seine Privatsphäre.

Vacances près de la mer reposantes

Un peu à l'extérieur de Chiavari, dans les collines, un agréable appartement confortable au calme et une grande terrasse avec vue sur les oliviers d'un côté et de l'autre sur la mer. Petite piscine pour se rafraichir en prime ! 10 mn à pied d'un carrefour market et de petits commerces. Parking gratuit près du bord de mer, plage agréable et centre ville très joli

Logement spacieux avec tout ce qu il faut! Les hôtes sont très agréables et discrets mais disponibles si nous avons besoin. Logement très bien situé pour visiter les 5 terres mais aussi d autres grandes villes de la region. La gare est proche ce qui est pratique. Leger bruit de la route au loin mais couvert par le bruit des cigales que remplissent les nombreux oliviers tout autour de la maison 🤗 Nous recommandons le logement de Luca et Barbara !

Les belles vacances.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour chez Barbara e Luca qui nous ont bien reçus. Vue et terrasse magnifiques. Vue typique sur les oliviers, la mer. La maison est très jolie, bien agencée. Tout était très propre. Beaucoup de possibilités pour des vacances dans la région. (baignade, visites de Chiavari, à Gènes, ballades sur la route côtière, sentiers de randonnée proche ; GR, etc... Nous remercions encore Barbara e Luca.

Schöner Urlaubsplatz in Ligurien

Tolle Wohnung mit großer Terrasse, gut ausgestattet, etwas abseits erhöht gelegen. Wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt einen Roller gemietet, damit waren die Wege in die Stadt, ans Meer und in die Region gut zu machen. Barbara und Luca sind großartig: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Très bon séjour

Vous pouvez venir chez Barbara et Luca les yeux fermés. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, avec une superbe terrasse dominant la ville, avec la mer qui se profile au loin.. La réalité correspond tout à fait aux photos, en mieux!! De plus, Barbara et Luca sont très sympathiques.
