This newly renovated house is just 0.9 mi from the Oxford Square, a short walk (1.5 blocks) to restaurants, (Snack Bar, BBB, Jinsei, Neon Pig, Volta, Handy Andy) and 1/2 block to Avent Park. The property is located in the heart of Oxford and is the perfect rental for football/baseball games, Double Decker, Graduation, any event or just a quiet weekend get away. There are 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed, one with daybed with pop-up trundle and a full sofa sleeper in den. The bathroom has a double vanity. The den, full kitchen and dining area is one open space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a bar with 4 stools. The dining area has a table for 4. There is a full size washer and dryer, free wifi, 3 TVs (each bedroom and in den). There is a small apartment in back that quiet tenants live in.
PARKING IS ON STREET IN FRONT OF HOUSE.
****FOOTBALL Season, Double Decker and Graduation prices may not be listed. Football season weekends are $700 per night, Graduation weekend is $600 per night, Double Decker weekend is $500 per night.

House is located on a nice street within easy walking distance of restaurants. Close enough to walk to the Square if desired. We took an Uber to the football stadium, but walked home (not a super short walk, but doable) Kitchen is well equipped. Host is very responsive, and our stay was enjoyable. Only one minor thing to note: the water pressure in the shower is not very good. Other than that, I recommend and would stay here again!

Graduation Stay

Graduation weekend. It provided a great home base for us. Close to all the action, but far enough to get away and relax in between all the festivities. We would stay again! Easy checkin. Loved the neighborhood!

Great little cottage in Oxford!

This cottage is darling! Well put together, VERY CLEAN, and very inviting. I stayed here with my two sons for a football game. Close to square, but we drove each time. Great place to stay when you are in town and friendly neighborhood. Will stay again!

Grove House

Went to the UK vs Ole Miss game and while UK lost we had a great time and loved the house and location football stadium and Grove. Oxford is an awesome college town.

Excellent Stay

We traveled all the way from Maine to experience an Ole Miss football game. Lisa and Mike were great host, actually got to meet them when we arrived. They took great care of us, and I highly recommend staying with them. The house is clean and beautifully redone. Oxford is a beautiful city, definitely will be back for another visit!

Always a Great House

We love this quaint home in the heart of Oxford. This is our third stay in 2 years and will stay many more times before our time in Oxford comes to an end. My only complaint this go-around is the kitchen is not well-stocked for cooking which I let the homeowner know about.

Mike has been in Oxford all his life, I moved here in 1993. When his mother decided to move to assisted living we decided to buy her house and renovate for a weekend rental. We love Ole Miss, the sports, cultural arts and music that is here. The great outdoors with Sardis Lake is a plus and there are plenty of great places to eat.

What makes this property unique

The entire rental property was redone, the original hardwood floors were left. We changed the design to a more open floorplan with the den, kitchen and dining all one space. Many attractions are within walking distance, the park, restaurants, and just 0.9 miles to the historic square.
