Family Apartment in Old Riga City

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (!maximum 2 adults, 2 kids).

The apartment was renovated in 2019 to a high standard and provides the comforts of an accommodation with high ceilings, well equipped kitchen, two flat screen TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), free Wi-Fi access, smart TVs/Internet TV, shampoo, linen and towels for each guest. Family friendly, have kids beds, books and toys.

This modern, self-catered, newly-renovated, one bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people - maximum of 2 adults.

It is decorated in 'Scandi' style with stylish blue, grey and yellow colors. Located on 3rd floor.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 см), a bunk-bed for 2 children (80х190 см each up to 80 kg), wardrobe, designer chest drawer, two bedside tables, internet TV + TV stand, and a large window facing the Independence Park (Jekaba square).

A separate living room has a fully-equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area, sitting area with a sliding sofa-bed (140х200), Internet TV and TV stand, large build-in wardrobe, work chair and station, a window facing the back yard.

Bathroom has a sink with a cupboard (+hair dryer), lighted mirror, toilet, shower (towels and shampoo provided), washing machine (comes with several capsules for washing) and shelves for storage.

The apartment is family friendly. There are many different games, toys, books in different languages, legos, etc in each apartment.
* In addition to the bunk-bed (80x190cm) I can provide 1 baby travel cot (suit kids under 2 years old and up to 15kg) and a high chair. I also have a step stool for little kids in bathroom.

Hübsche Wohnung in Altstadtnähe

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist sauber, modern und freundlich. Die Betten haben ordentliche Matratzen, die Kinder, mein Mann und ich haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Ausstattung mit Mikrowelle mit Grill, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine war für uns mit 2 jüngeren Kindern sehr wichtig! Besonders gut hat uns das hübsche Bad mit der großen Dusche gefallen: die Kinder konnten sie gut bedienen! Während des Aufenthalts konnten wir uns mit der Besitzerin zu wichtigen Fragen austauschen und fühlten uns bon ihr gut vorbereitet. Auch der Zugang ohne Schlüssel mit Pincode war sehr komfortabel. Wir waren gern hier und kommen gern wieder!
