Attention to small details could use improvements.
The apartment was very nice; however, when we arrived in front of the property the street was not appealing. The street had many graffiti all over the buildings and it was old and not nice. Our view faced the river and a farm full of cute sheep's and cattle. The bathrooms had a rusty old toilet brush container which ruined the floor and the floor absorbed the rust so it looked un-sanitary. This was right next to the entrance of the shower. If one had a cut on their feet it could of lead to an infection. The toilet paper holders were also rusted and the toilet paper sat on top of the rust. Who would want to use the toilet paper after it was touching the rustymetal. The building manager could of exchange these brushes often to avoid the unsanitary view which also caused damage to the flooring. After all, 4 star properties take better care with sanitizing their unit. Then there was no broom in the unit and the vacuum cleaner did not have the proper cleaning handle and attachments. I spoke to the manager about the rusty unsanitary toilet brush containers which was all rusty and she indicated that she would send a cleaning staff to address said issues and take away the rusted toilet paper holder and toilet brush. She was to replace it. The staff came and dropped off two dish clothes, one small bottle of dish soap and a dishwasher pods as the unit did not have any when we arrived. However, the staff did not take away the rusty old brush and toilet paper holder nor did it seem that they even tried to clean the rust off the flooring. This is not a 4 star property by any means, but it could of been a 4 star apartment if the apartment was better managed and paid more attention to the sanitary conditions. Especially when there is still a pandemic hovering.
