The Space:

The apartment offers three bedrooms, including an en-suite, providing comfortable accommodation. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals. The spacious living room, with a dining table, two sofa beds, and an armchair, is perfect for relaxing.



For added convenience, the apartment includes air conditioning, parking, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a dishwasher. Enjoy a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work. The entrance door has been recently repaired, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can also enjoy the balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by lift.



The Neighborhood:

Located on the vibrant Rua do Heroísmo, this apartment enjoys a central location, ideal for exploring the city of Porto. Just steps away, you will find a wide variety of restaurants offering everything from the classic Francesinha to other Portuguese specialities, as well as international options. The Heroísmo Metro Station, just a one-minute walk away, provides quick and easy access to all areas of Porto, including the famous Port Wine Cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. In addition, the proximity to shops, cafés, and Porto’s rich local culture, including museums and art galleries, ensures a complete and memorable experience.



Getting Around:

The property is well connected to the public transport network. For those arriving by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is about a 15-minute drive or taxi ride away. Several bus and metro options serve the area, providing easy access to the city centre and other attractions. For guests travelling by car, free on-site parking is available.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.



If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.



If you lose the key, there will be a cost (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team's assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon request.



The tenant agrees to allow a member of our team to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits scheduled for this.
