It is a desirable holiday solution in the heart of the Val di Noto area, sea, art, culture, nature and relaxation. The house combines the data of an initial project of the 1970s supplemented by a customary restoration, located in one of the most beautiful beaches of South-Eastern Sicily, it can accommodate 4 (+2 people on request) 2 bedrooms (bedroom and bedroom or two double bedrooms) a living room (with two sofa beds), a kitchen with access to the veranda, a large bathroom with shower, garden and barbecue area.
