Casa Palmarosa is a very good option for friends, couples and family looking for contact with nature and in a place close to the capital, port and airport, as well as being comfortable to get to know all the wonderful corners of the island. Casa Palmarosa is very well located, a 10-minute walk from Plaza de la Alameda and in a rural and quiet environment from which to enjoy beautiful views and sunrises. With us you will enjoy Canarian hospitality. The house is on the ground floor of the building and consists of 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, a living-dining room and the bathroom, in addition to having a small front terrace and a large backyard.

The house is located in an emblematic place in the capital: the Cuesta de la Encarnación is one of the streets through which the Bajada de la Virgen de Las Nieves passes (every 5 years) and the neighbors turn to decorate their houses and greet to pilgrims.
You will have free access to the entire house. The terrace and backyard are for exclusive use also for guests.
