Großes Haus in guter Lage
Das Haus ist groß, hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten, weitere 2 Personen haben 2 Betten im Wohnzimmer (anders als auf den Photos ersichtlich). Das Haus hat viel Potential.
Es ist von einem großen Garten umgeben und hat eine wunderschöne große, schattige Terrasse. Schön war, dass es einmal pro Woche gereinigt und die Handtücher/Bettwäsche gewechselt wurden.
Zudem ist die Lage zum Strand sehr gut. Nur 5 min zu Fuss.
Leider ist das Haus selbst etwas in die Jahre gekommen: es hat keine Mückengitter, Lichter funktionieren teilweise nicht, der Ablauf riecht/läuft nicht gut und einiges (zb Küchenteile, Vorhänge, Badezimmer Teile,..) waren nicht richtig sauber und/oder sind alt.
Da das Haus für 4-6 Personen ausgeschrieben ist, sollte zudem erwähnt sein, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer und das Bad kein Fenster besitzen.
Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Wohnzimmer.
Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Urlaub und glauben, dass das Haus mit ein bisschen Investment sehr schön werden könnte.
