TV, WIFI, air conditioning, veranda, garden of 1000 m2 with trees and fenced, above ground pool 7. 3 mx 3.5m without vis-à-vis with terrace, table and chairs and garden chairs, parasol, clothes rack, 500 m shops and close to downtown.

No pets allowed, no smoking.
Sheets, towels and cleaning not included (but possibility 60 € cleaning, 40 € linens).


Rental: Weekly from Saturday to Saturday in July and August.
Rates: from September 1st to June 30th: 550 € / week.
From July 1st to August 31st: 650 € / week.
