Granada Adventure

This was a wonderful city flat, very clean, old world charm with modern furnishings. We had a great time and the location was close to all necessary services. It was wonderful to walk around day or night. Pedro was a great host!

Well located, big space and very clean

The property manager was great. Very helpful at pointing us the right direction when we got there. Helped us with our bags. And was extremely friendly. We had a great time and the location and place was perfect.

Great location and very comfortable

The apartment was close to all major attractions. It was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Pedro was kind and helpful. There was construction noise from the apartment next to us, but only during the day. The only thing we wished for was an automatic drip coffeemaker or Nescafe.

Hidden Haven

This was a wonderful base for exploring Granada. This location is tucked away in a quiet well-lit neighborhood. Pedro was on-hand to help with checking in and getting set up. The apartment was clean with newly renovated bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had plenty of storage space. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and the Alhambra. The TV reception for English channels was a bit garbled, but other than that everything was well cared for. While the patio had no view, and the furnishings simple, the outdoor space was a nice to have a spot to sit outdoors.

Super clean, great communication!

We booked this condo based on the free parking. I will say that the condo was very clean and the host was amazing with communication. He met us at check in, gave us detailed instructions and left a book with maps for us. The pictures are a little misleading, they make the unit look big and bright. When we walked in it was dark in there with not much natural light. The bathrooms were updated with nice showers and fixtures but the towels were terrible. They were old and “crunchy”. Maybe fabric softener is not popular in Spain, but we didn’t have this issue anywhere else on our trip. As far as the free parking, you get a parking pass to a public garage that is about a half mile away. You can drop your bags off at the condo but have to move the car asap. For us it wasn’t an issue because we don’t mind walking, but keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. The location was good for exploring on foot. There is A LOT of graffiti in the area, but we noticed that throughout Spain. Not sure why?

Dear Leah Sometimes a couple of bad details at the beginning throws a shadow over the entire experience. You are right that graffiti has increased recently. Unfortunately, we are in the golden age of graffiti, probably because of the fame of Banksy, and there are lots of copycats. Owners try to eliminate the graffiti as soon as possible, but it is impossible to keep up with. Parking in Granada is worse than in San Francisco, so we offer free parking for our guests in a public parking complex near the ring road for easy access and exit from the city. Usually our guests appreciate this very much. Finally, we thank you for your comments, as they will help keep us on our toes, as we truly want our guests to have the best stay possible in Granada. L'emplacement est idéal, malgré l'étroitesse des rues du centre-ville. Le lit de l'une des trois chambres doubles est un divan, convertible en lit double ou simple selon les besoins.

Good place

The place was good size and clean. Owner provided shower products, which is nice, and also lots of toilet paper (seems stupid but a lot of places only give you one roll...and it is an inconvenience). Brand new bathrooms with super comfortable showers. Check in was easy and communication with owner very easy too. He was very nice and saved us a parking spot around the corner. The place is close to the center. My only complaints would be that the street is a little run down (except this building) and that the WIFI doesn’t reach all rooms.

Nice place in Granada with Family

Just stayed here for 3 nights with our 3 kids and 4 adults. We had a great time and the place is clean and well maintained in a quiet neighbourhood but still very central. We had a wonderful time in Granada and it's nice being so close to all of the sites - walked everywhere from the apartment. Thanks again!

Well Appointed Apt. Close to All the Action

Our family of five spent two nights in this spacious and well appointed apartment close to the historical center and a 30 minute walk to the main gate of the Alhambra. The apartment is on the main floor and if you need parking as we did, Pedro had two great free options. We walked everywhere and although the Alhambra is a bit of hike, it is very doable. Thanks for a great stay, Pedro! Highly recommend!

The location of the apartment was very central and Pedro made sure we knew where to go in order to meet our expectations. Nice roomies and bathrooms, showers, and well stocked kitchen. The welcoming bottle of wine was an unexpected surprise along with the orange juice,etc. Negative was on a bed it was extremely soft and unsupportive and I mentioned to Pedro and he was appreciative of the comment. Pedro gave us free parking and all the help you could need in getting to the best places to visit with maps.

Excellent communication with host Pedro and great informative greeting by his son Enrique who speaks very good English. Pedro connected both before and during our visit and offered lots of info about Granada and good suggestions for excursions. Free parking provided in a large lot about 7 minutes walk away. Easy to drop bags off in front of the apartment and then move car. Well equipped ground floor apartment on quiet street, not far from center of old city.

We are two couples spending a month traveling around Spain. The apartment was the perfect location and apartment to base in Ganada. Pedro, and his sons, were wonderful. Enrique met us at the apartment and gave us detailed information on places to see and restaurants to visit. We even have a gluten free and a vegetarian in our group, and he gave us some information on how to find places for them to eat. We will stay there again if we are back the area.

Antonio and his son Enrique were very reactive to our queries and provided good and detailed information to make our stay comfortable. They provided a parking card to park the car 10 minutes walking distance from the flat. We could drop the luggage in front of the flat even if the street was narrow. The flat itself is on a basement. It is a bit dark but very big with a nice living room, one big master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms and 2 renovated bathrooms.The bedrooms are located on a courtyard so very quiet. The apartment is close to all shops and at walking distance from the main seeing sights. Alhambra can be reached with bus n° 30 or 32 at plaza Isabel la catolica in less than 20 minutes for the price of €1,40(single ticket). Overall, very good stay in Antonio's flat. I recommend this flat for a family (we were 5).
