The house with wellness Shimunelka is located on a plot of almost 4000 m2, near the village called Peroj (Peroj 687E), 200 m from the sea, near the long promenades (promenade), restaurants and beach bars. Peroj is located near Fažana from where you can go to the Brijuni Islands.
The house consists of two separate buildings. The residential area includes 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen and living room with sofa bed (140x200). The remaining two rooms can be reached by external stairs. The rooms are on the first floor, in the attic. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The second part of the house is a wellness area with a Jacuzzi for 6 people.
Shimunelka is the new house, built in 2019., fully air conditioned. The interior of the house is modern and decorated in a minimalist style. From the open and airy space of the interior of the house you can enjoy a view of the green oasis, wellness and grill.
The Shimunelka house also offers 4 bicycles, covered parking, grill, "live" table football and rather a quiet, spacious area for enjoying your holidays in absolute peace.
