Deluxe Apartment Unique is modern stylish apartment which meets even the most sophisticated demands. Apartment is on ground floor, it offers complete privacy. It is very important to mention that each part of apartment and outdoor area is completely private and intimate as entrance in apartment as well. The main terrace with private pool is an absolute dream surrounded by wall, hidden from other people views in order to provide our guests the highest level of privacy. Upon entering the apartment you will be greeted by a open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area equipped with all the necessary amenities, two modern bathrooms and two large comfortable bedrooms with two king beds. Each bedroom has directly access to the pool area straight from bedroom. In one of the bedrooms there is an additional pull out sofa for 2 people. Every piece within the apartment has been hand-picked to ensure the guests feel special. Modernly decorated to the last detail according to the highest standards.
The apartment's terrace offers ample space for relaxation offering partial view to the sea and famous ancient city of Dubrovnik. Showcasing outdoor-living at its finest, every need has been catered for with large dining table to sample tasty treats fresh off the BBQ ,outdoor sofa and swing for some real comfort. Location, peace, high level privacy, comfort, spaciousness with a dose of luxury are the factors that make this apartment special and Unique.
The pool is heated and allows you to swim and enjoy the colder months.

Apartment features an air conditioning in every room
Guests will have access to: free Wifi, free parking, private outdoor heated swimming pool, SMART TV. microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, sun beds, towels, outdoor shower, a welcome package which consists of: fresh water, fruits, luxury bathroom amenities and private concierge service on disposal.
Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request, recommendation for babysitters. Official housekeeping is every third day.
If clients would like to have housekeeping more often, we can organize it as well for the additional price.

Private Boat tour with speed boat. Ideal for those who want to get to know the beautiful Croatian coast and islands. This boat tour will take you to 3 beautiful Elaphiti Islands, all around Dubrovnik walls, a Blue Cave, a sandy beach, a nice restaurant where you can have lunch. We really recommend a boat ride so you can enjoy and really feel the beauty of our coast much as possible.(extra fee)

Beautiful apartment

We really enjoyed our week in cavtat - after a week exploring Montenegro and islands off coast of Dubrovnik. The apartment was very well presented and equipped - very comfortable beds.Lovely and cool despite hot weather. We also appreciated mid week clean. Owner very helpful and all communications etc excellent. It was a 15 minute walk down hill to cavtat but that was fine with us. We enjoyed drinks at bar Jure up the hill. Enjoyed 2 trips into Dubrovnik one by boat and one by taxi. Sunset from top of gondola was lovely. Loved the swimming from pine walk round peninsula- sea was gorgeous.

Great Apartment & Host

The apartment was very well presented in a quiet area of Cavtat with stunning partial views of the bay and sunsets. It was very clean and furnished to a high standard with super comfy beds. There is also a dedicated parking space with the apartment. If you've hired a car, a good tip would be to ask the host, Luksa, to Whatsapp a video of the driving directions as it makes it a lot easier to navigate when you arrive. Having your own private pool proved very popular, as did the large charcoal BBQ and outside dining area. It was about a 15 mins downhill walk to the main waterfront with the restaurants & bars. It's a nice chilled vibe in Cavtat with plenty of good quality food available. There are always plenty of taxis on hand should the uphill journey prove too much! The host, Luksa was extremely helpful and when we had a couple of minor housekeeping issues, he immediately dealt with them and couldn't do enough for us. A mid week clean and towel change was a very nice touch. If you're planning on visiting Dubrovnik from Cavtat, it's worth getting a ferry which takes 45 minutes and drops you right in the old town, thus avoiding the difficult expensive car parking and crowded buses. We also visited the island of Lokrum, just off Dubrovnik, which was well worth it; it was tranquil, traffic free and we had a great time snorkelling off the rocks with lots of underwater wildlife to see. All in all it was great stay with a host to match.

Cavtat apartment with pool

An attractive ground floor apartment with a refreshing pool. The beds were very comfortable, the Sofa bed and large double bed in second bedroom worked well for teens. Partial view over the bay (stunning sunsets), some building work was happening near by which the owner obviously has no control over. The centre of Cavtat is 15 mins walk away down the steep hill - it’s a very attractive resort - it takes a bit longer to walk up the hill home!! The apartment’s location is down a steep in parts narrow road which takes a bit of getting used to but a parking space is provided adjacent to the property. The owner was responsive and extremely helpful, the apartment was cleaned mid week which was a nice surprise. We took a boat transfer to Dubrovnik for one day which was great, it’s also well worth hiring a little boat for 1/2 day to explore the bay which was great fun. Thanks to Luksa for a lovely week in his apartment

Relaxing Summer Holiday

Amazing space! We are a family of 4 (kids 17 and 19). The apartment is so clean and is maintained twice a week with a change of all bedding, towels and cleaning. The space is amazing inside and out. The pool was for our use only and the seating was perfect as there ae lots of shady parts on the patio. Cavtat is great for families and is about 10-20 mins walk depending on where you choose to eat. A great selection of restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes. We got used to the walk as we didn't want to drive. Large hill coming home but we were certainly fitter at the end of the holiday. There are a good selection of shops in Cavtat where you can buy food and gifts. Luksa was so helpful suggesting places to visit, arranging the cleaning to suit us and solving any issues that arose. He was there to greet us and show us around. We hired a car for most of our holiday and I'd say it's essential if you want to see the wider area and also do a full food shop. Croatia is simply stunning and we'll definitely return to explore the country further.
