Very nice apartment and excellent neighborhood but no A/C

Great apartment, plenty of space of four adults, nicely refinished in an excellent neighborhood and convenient to the city center and attractions, all within walking distance. The only downside is that it doesn't have A/C - so to enjoy, do not stay there during very warm weather.
