This apartment is newly renovated and centrally located. It is in the heart of the city but is on an extremely quiet street. There is a balcony with a beautiful quiet view of greenery. This property is also only a 4 minute walk to the beach. The building has weekly maintenance and the apartment is equipped with all of your necessities.
