Two surf sessions daily, bodyboarding, bodysurfing, swimming in the pool. Great exhaustion at the end of the day. Football on the beach at sunset. Happy smiles everyday and night. Very friendly, kind locals and delicious food.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The hosts were great with providing an information package with lots of info for the area. The kitchen has all cooking utensils so definitely stock up at the grocery store. The hosts also helped connect us with accommodations due to changing our travel because of weather. It’s a short walk to the beach, which we did multiple times a day. We would stay here again!

Cerritos Beach surfing

Have been staying in this condo complex for many years. We love the neighborhood as it is so close for my son to surf. The property was clean and check in was so simple. We have never been disappointed when staying in these condos. We love this area so much, we are building a second home here! Thanks for a great stay. Steve

Pleasant surprise!

This was a very pleasant experience. The unit was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, less than five minute walk to a beautiful beach and delicious restaurants within five minute walk as well. The area was so unlike all the touristy Mexican resorts, we loved the local feel and the friendly community. The bumpy sand roads took a little getting used to but made for such an authentic experience! Definitely hope to return!

Amazing quiet condo

Once off the main highway all dirt roads. The complex/pool area is so quiet. Easy 1 block walk to 3 excellent restaurants. About 10 min walk to public beach. Very safe, lifeguard, a few vendors and surfers. Unit was great, easy to communicate with owners. Neighborhood dogs are quite noisy but oh well its vacation. Lots of construction in Cerritos Beach Area. Quick drive to Todos Santos. Best large shopping can be done in Cabo about 50 min away.. Costco and Walmart.

A great location.

A little challenging to find but once we did we had a positive checkin experience. This downstairs suite is comfortable and modestly appointed. It gets little light but is also cooler as a result. You can hear the upstairs neighbours walking around and there is a nearby restaurant that’s a bit loud but both were quiet by 9-9:30. The proximity and access to beach is very good!

This casa was perfect for us! From walking the beach to hiking the hills, we always felt safe. There are restaurants nearby or you could rent a car. The entire property is clean, quiet and well taken care of! We loved our stay and will be back!

Great proximity to the beach

Close walk to the beach. Boogie boards are supplied. There is no common Terrace with ocean view so no access to the terraces for pool side suites. Generous space for 2 people. Comfortable bed. We were only supplied one hand towel and one wash cloth, but 4 beach towels and 4 bath towels. Overall a nice modern clean place. Property manager was inconsistent in responding to requests to refill water cooler etc.

The suite is spacious, clean, well equipped, and the bedroom is large and quiet in back. You can hear the beach waves crashing at night in the distance and that makes it easy to sleep in. Cerritos Beach is beautiful, and a relatively safe beach for our grandkids to play in the sand and waves. Roads are unpaved after you leave the highway, so it is not too busy and has a great vibe. We also liked that there are a couple of restaurants nearby and no need to drive. Another good restaurant for beach side dining at a small hotel on the beach about a mile away that you can walk to along on lthe beach. We would definitely come back to this complex and this suite. This complex is nicer than all of the nearby condo project is the nicest of those nearby.

This was just a 5 minute walk from the awesome Cerritos beach. Also, the common pool area was really inviting, and the unit was clean and had everything we needed at a great price. Comfy bed too. I'd recommend staying here.
