Cozy loft on the seafront, with magnificent views of the Mediterranean. There is nothing between him and the sea, you will only hear his murmur. You can enjoy the best baths in the sea or you can decide to spend the autumn and winter months in a warm and sunny spring environment with special prices for seasons of one or more months.

ENVIRONMENT
Very well communicated. 3 minutes you have tram and buses that connect with the city.
With the tram you can also visit Campello, Benidorm, Denia.
By train Alicante is 1,50 hours from the city of Valencia and 2.5 hours from Madrid.
After walking, you can go along the Paseo Marítimo to the center of the city. It is a very pleasant walk next to the sea. You can also take a walk around the Cabo de Huertas with beautiful landscapes of rocks and sea.
It is an ideal place for fans of fishing, diving and water sports. It has a Yacht Club where you can hire canoe courses, sailing and other nautical sections. The Costablanca Nautical Club is 10 minutes walking and in the opposite direction the Marina of the Club de Regatas de Alicante.
Within 10 minutes, there are several food malls and shops of all kinds.
The coastline of La Albufereta has several large sandy beaches (Playa de San Juan) and a large number of rock and sand coves.
It has a good and varied gastronomic offer.
It is surrounded by small and picturesque mountain villages, which are worth visiting. Ideal for hiking and hiking.

Perfect location close to good amenities, great view,

🙂The location was amazing right next to the beach and tram line so easy access into Alicante. Supermarkets within walking distance, good cafes etc. close by and that amazing sea view! 😩Problems with electrics tripping, poor soundproofing can hear everything from adjoining flats, squeaky bed every time you turn over and the apartment was dusty so had to dust every day.

Hola Serena. Gracias por haber elegido nuestro apartamento para pasar vuestras vacaciones. Lamento los inconvenientes que no os han permitido disfrutar completamente de la casa. Tendremos en cuenta tus observaciones para mejorar el servicio. Paso a explicarte las medidas tomadas. - Hablas de “Los disparos eléctricos”. Supongo que te refieres a que se fue la luz. Como te dijo mi marido en su momento, el problema de luz era en la conexión con la red del edificio, por lo que se necesitaba la intervención de un técnico. Mi marido estuvo desde que se le informó de la avería hasta que se solucionó, con el personal técnico para que la reparación se resolviera lo antes posible. Lamento las molestias que te ocasionó, pero este tipo de averías son ajenas a nuestra voluntad, no se pueden prever y le pueden ocurrir a cualquiera. - También te incomodó la “mala insonorización”. Es la primera vez que un huésped se queja en este sentido. No obstante, hemos tomado medidas para que no vuelva a ocurrir. - “la cama chirriaba cada vez que te dabas la vuelta”. Es la primera vez que un huésped se queja de esto, de todas formas, cambiaremos el colchón en breve. - Por último, dices que “el apartamento estaba polvoriento así que tenía que quitar el polvo todos los días”. Creo que esto se debe a que el polvo es más aparente en los lugares muy soleados. No es que haya más polvo, sino que la luz directa del sol refleja las motas de polvo en el ambiente y las superficies. Como tú dices, limpiabas el polvo cada día y siempre había polvo. En mi casa, que también es muy soleada, ocurre lo mismo.

My wife and I stayed at this property last month and found it convenient for exploring the Costa Blanca with the Tram system located less than a block away. Overall we found the property fine with a friendly, helpful host. I had previously been in Alicante many, many years ago before all the development and was just a little disappointed to see that Alicante has lost a lot of its' charm.

Very nice oceanside studio apartment

Nice studio overlooking ocean below, leave the windows open to hear the waves! There is a nice beach (Albufereta) a short walk away. The tram line stop is even closer and makes it very quick and easy to arrive from the Alicant train station and then return to town either to the waterfront or anywhere in the city (Market, castle, train station, etc); a reloadable tram card is provided. Availability of a washer/dryer in-room was a very convenient amenity for our trip. Good communication from owner made for easy check-in, check-out.

Ideal

First off communication with Amelia is excellent. She reaches out to welcome you and arrange for transportation to the apt. The apt is small but not tight and clean. It had everything we needed from beach chairs to a washer to towels. The location is key with fabulous water views, a walk to the water and restaurants with delicious food. Tram, bus, and grocery store are all across the street. Alicante is beautiful, but it was nice to leave the city for our small apt in the sea. An overall fantastic experience! Thank you!

Very nice studio apartment with a beautiful view right onto the sea. Very clean, thoughtfully provisioned with all the necessary equipment and supplies: For the kitchen and dining table, for going to the beach, for easy cleanups. Large refrigerator/freezer, even a washing machine. Plenty of available closet space. Check-in was very easy and friendly, with a super nice and helpful gentleman who spoke very good English (and probably also speaks several other languages besides Spanish). He left us with a loaded transit card so we can use it immediately, and so we can recharge it. Public transportation (tram and bus) to the city center and to the beaches is very easy, as the stations are very close. We will absolutely come back!

L’appartamento si trova di fronte al mare, è dotato di tutto il necessario (gli accessori da cucina sarebbero da sostituire). La ferma del bus e del tram è vicinissima, la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi. Risposte rapide da parte del host. Peccato, perchè il giorno della partenza ci siamo trovati in una soluzione difficile con i mezzi di trasporto per andare all’aeroporto, abbiamo chiamato, non ci é stato offerto aiuto.

Very chilling

The owners are wonderful. So very helpful. The apartment is wonderful and the view is excellent, like a wide screen TV. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. It’s the least touristy place we have ever stayed. Unless you speak Spanish have a translation App or a dictionary. Every one everywhere was very helpful. Excellent transport links . Easy to get in to central Alicante by the tram or using the tram to visit other places. All in all we had a very good time.

Phantastischer Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vor allem der unglaubliche Blick auf das Meer direkt vom Bett aus! Prima Lage: Direkt an der Tram-Haltestation / Schöner Fußweg bis Alicante ca. 50 Minuten. Sehr gute Ausstattung.

Outstanding Beach Condo With a Million Dollar View

We stayed for a month and were very sad to leave. Amelia & Rafael are AMAZING hosts and have equipped this condo with anything you could need. The view of the Mediterranean is fabulous, and the sound of the waves is so relaxing! The location is perfect! It's a 5 minute walk to an awesome beach. The bus or tram is a 3 minute walk which takes you anywhere in Alicante or even Benidorm. There are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance as well. We highly recommend this beach condo for a great vacation experience. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Great location

Just outside of the city but only a few minutes’ walk from the tram station and a beautiful public beach. Amelia had everything ready for us, including arranging transportation to and from the airport, and she was always available if needed. The view of the Mediterranean from our window was beautiful, and the apartment was a great place to stay for our week in Alicante.
