Nice penthouse with shaded terrace and independent entrance, on the first floor of a two-family house located 300 meters from the central square of Marina di Ragusa and its golden beaches; in a quiet area even in summer and with easy parking on the street.
It consists of a comfortable kitchen / living room with bright windows, two independent bedrooms, one double, a bathroom with shower and a sink; washing machine and second outdoor shower. The kitchen is complete with an oven and is well equipped, with air conditioning (and heating) in all the rooms, free wi-fi, bed linen, towels, breakfast and home products.
The structure, despite being in the heart of the famous Marina di Ragusa, is ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood where it is easy to find parking even in high season and inhabited 12 months a year. The sea and Piazza duca degli Abruzzi can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Large and small commercial and food shops are within walking distance, even the bus stop for Ragusa, Catania, Punta secco, Donnafugata and other nearby destinations is just a few meters away.
