- The delivery of keys and Check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino. Automatic check-in can be done at the same accommodation and only if you do not come with a car. In this case, you must check-in online and pay the deposit through the link that we will send.

- A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash, failing that.

- Check in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Enjoyable stay but the property was very cold and the bed covers weren’t warm enough.

Excellent short break location.

Office procedures okay and pleasant staff. It was ataxi ride across the town to collect and return the keys. Also the key deposit of 200 euros has still not been returned (or kept) after one week reserved on my current account.

But normally they are locate at a 5-10 minutes distance walk. The delay in the deposit will mostly depent on how the banks schedule this proceedings, as we give the order the next day of the departure. Great location. Right by sea. Clean apartment and well kept. Nice break. Poop small but pleasant. Good place. Finding where to park was awful. Needs signposting. There was an underground car park but we had to complete five loops around the area to find it. And the entrance to the hotel. You read this and think “I’ll find it “. But you won’t in a car. Needs a sign. Dead easy.

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es su hubicacion. Terraza muy amplia con buenas vistas Colchones muy comodos Baños fríos sin calefacción, una habitación no le funcionaba la calefaccion Mobiliario un poco antiguo

De locatie is perfect, garage onder het gebouw. Indeling appartement is goed, goede bedden. Geen WiFi de hele week, elke dag aangegeven, maar helaas konden ze niets doen. Er hangt vaak een rioollucht in het appartement, wat jammer is en het was ook zo goed schoongemaakt.
