The apartment, with independent access, is on the ground floor of a villa with a beautiful view of flowers, vegetable gardens, fruit trees, pines and cacti. At your disposal: lounge with open kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower, laundry room with washing machine. In the lounge-kitchen area there is a double sofa bed (lounge area) and a single sofa bed (kitchen area). In the room there are instead a double bed and a single bed. Parking in the internal courtyard, veranda with table, chairs and deck chairs. Wi-fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine. kettle, equipped kitchen. In nature but close to the sea and the city: the beach is a couple of kilometers away, the center of Bordighera about 3.5 kilometers away.

The Rose House

Fantastic Views!! The house is very comfortable, clean and a pleasurable stay! We enjoyed our evenings sitting out on the patio enjoying the wonderful view!! Our host was very helpful and pleasant!!

Nice home on the hill overlooking the town with beautiful ocean views.

Overall very nice property. Great location. Plenty space and well equipped. We stayed at the home for three days and had a wonderful time. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Lovely stay at rose house

The cottage was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The location was quiet and private with a view of the water. Kitchen was fully equipped. A nice place for a long stay. The drive up to the cottage is narrow and windy in some parts.

Thank you very much for your kind review, it was a pleasure to welcome you and I am sorry if there were any difficulties. In my opinion for the standards of our region, Liguria, and of Italy in general the road (strada Cornice dei due golfi) it's not narrow. Only in the last few meters does it narrow (strada Nandria) but I think still without creating any particular difficulties. In fact in the other 26 reviews no guests mentioned problems with the road, so I think that your discomfort is due to the fact that in the USA the roads are normally wider and more comfortable. Schöne Unterkunft mit ländlichem Charme

Tolle Unterkunft und eine ebenso tolle Gastgeberin. Wir waren zu fünft (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) für 9 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung. Diese entspricht auch den gezeigten Bildern. Der Check-In war problemlos und Laura hat sich auch genug Zeit genommen alles Nötige zu erklären und wären irgendwelche Fragen aufgekommen, so hätte man Laura auch jederzeit erreichen können. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und definitiv eine Empfehlung wert.

Séjour à Bordighera

Nous sommes très satisfait de la location et de l’accueil de Laura. La maison est très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La maison est située dans un endroit très calme et parfait pour visiter la Riviera Italienne.

Bester Blick und liebe Gastgeber

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Wir hatten 8 schöne Tage mit einem traumhaften Blick und einer sehr netten Gastgeberin. Auch ihre Eltern, die in direkt über uns im Haus wohnen, waren sehr nett und freundlich. Bordighera ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit einer tollen kleinen Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub in Bordighera

Die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Traumhafter Blick auf das Meer. Dadurch muss mann halt ca.10 min nach Bordighera( mit dem Auto) einkalkulieren. Die Vermieterin Laura sehr nett. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin. hihhilfsbereit.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr netter Empfang und Eigentümer vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist technisch gut ausgestattet und alles ist vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Drei Wochen haben wir in diesem Domizil verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Strand, Meer und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem PKW sehr gut zu erreichen. sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist für uns zwei Personen großzügig bemessen gewesen. Sie ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir die zwei Terrassen mit Meerblick genossen. Der Garten ist kenntnisreich und sehr schön angelegt. Wir haben sogar selbst gezogene Pfirsiche geschenkt bekommen, lecker! Wir haben alle Annehmlichkeiten und Notwendigkeiten vorgefunden, die für einen gelungenen Urlaub gesorgt haben. Die Wohnung haben wir als recht ruhig empfunden - man hört natürlich ein bisschen Geräusch von der Autobahn, die in einiger Entfernung oberhalb des Hauses im Hinterland liegt, aber wir haben das Geräuschlevel nicht als störend empfunden. Sicher deutlich ruhiger als irgendwo in der Innenstadt. Die Gegend ist toll, das Meer ist wundervoll und sauber, die Stadt sehr attraktiv. Vielen Dank für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Wunderschöne Blumen Rivera

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in einer wunderschönen Lage. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.Es ist alles vorhanden, was zu einem erholsamen Urlaub gehört. Laura,die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder buchen.

Grundstück, Lage, Ausblick einfach nur traumhaft

Super einfache Abstimmung mit flexibler Anreisezeit. Haben uns eine Woche hier verweilt und es war wirklich wunderbar. Wären am liebsten noch eine Woche länger geblieben und werden auch wieder kommen. Bordighera ist mit dem Auto nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Der tolle Mercato im Dorf lässt keine Wünsche offen, man ist rundum versorgt. Und morgens aufwachen mit dem Ausblick ist wie im Paradies. Viele Grüße und danke!
