About this property
Family villa close to the sea and the city!
Villa in Stockholm, Nacka, great house with garden and beautiful area for vacation. 20 min by bus(200m) and 15 min by car to Stockholm city (12km). Great nature and places for swimming right around the corner.
Fully equiped house for a family with nice private garden with large sunny-all-day terrace. Barbecue is of course available. A large trampoline can also be found in the garden. TV and WIFI can be used by guests. Three parking places by the house.

Large kitchen with a bartable for 6 persons. Dishwasher, freezer, cooler, oven, micro, kitchen tools - fully equiped.
Living room
Dining table for up to 12 persons. Cosi sofa that can be turned into king size bed confortable(good quality). TV 55” and apple TV. Entrances to balcony (shade side with nice view) and to large terrace (sunny side).
Bedrom - small
Childrens room with 2 sleeping places.
Master bedroom
Kingsize bed , 2 persons, with entrance to garden. And a wardrobe. 2 baby beds available upon request.
Bathroom WC
Newly refurbished bathroom with bathhub.
Lower floor
Hall
Wardrobe and hangers for outdoor wear, big mirrors.
Laundry room
Modern washing machine and dry tumbler.
Sleeping room
Place for 3 people sleeping in family bed. Nice sofa and TV with apple TV.
