The apartment was spacious and clean. However on arrival there was an apartment building going up behind ours so there was construction every morning at 7am, understandable but wish we had been informed. Also the refrigerator was turned off, the circuit breaker was tripped which seems to happen all the time because they included directions to fix it with the check in paperwork and a note not to plug in too many things at once, and there was wet laundry in the washer, I phoned the "local team" and they came and picked up the wet laundry. We had the elderly woman who lived next door come over to make sure the door in our apartment that I am assuming opened to her apartment was locked. She didn't speak english but was pleasant. The layout was strange, I think they combine two apartments but didn't reconfigure the electric. They had switches that didn't seem to go to anything and it got overloaded easily. There wansen't much lighting so the space was dark. The twin beds are very low to the ground but suitable for kids. The outdoor space was lovely. Martyna at Happy Rentals was very nice.
