Secluded/Quiet Renovated Lakefront Cottage For Families/No Large Groups,Sleep 10

For families looking for a little quiet and seclusion nestled in the woods and right on beautiful Lake Huron then this is the place for you. I'm sorry, this is not a place appropriate for large groups. Welcome to Cedar Tree Beach House. Almost everything in & out is either brand new or newly renovated. Providing a warm and inviting 1700 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms(w/ceiling fans) + loft area with queen air mattress (can sleep 2 adults but there is low headroom and limited space), 3 full bathrooms, living room(w/ceiling fan), dining room(w/ceiling fan), kitchen and sunroom(w/ceiling fan). And that is just the inside… The front offers plenty of parking and a beautifully landscaped and accessible front entry. Walking out the backdoor, you step onto a large 16’x24’ deck with propane grill, patio furniture comforts with umbrella. Walking down the deck steps you then step onto over 360 sq. ft. of paver patio space. Depending on your mood there is open paver space for sun and shaded space provided by a well-appointed pergola. Want a little more shade or seclusion, than camp out in the cabana. Day or night, the propane fire pit is at the ready for a story, a marshmallow or a great backdrop to the sound of the waves rolling around the 88’ of beachfront. (recommend water shoes because of fist size rocks and bigger in the water with scattered sand bars) Once finished on the water, then use the outdoor shower providing both hot and cold water. With plenty of outdoor lighting, the deck, paver patio and cabana are ready for night use.

Amenities are also at your fingertips. City water is first on the list. The outdoor space has plenty of outlets to plug-in any-and-all technology and the cottage is Wi-fi/Internet ready (it's satellite internet and the speeds can be slow and are inconsistent for streaming and/or any Zoom style activities). Knowing kids and parents don’t always agree on TV/Movie/Cable selections we have provided two 55” Smart TV’s and soundbars with PlayStation 3 consoles and wireless controllers. Both TV's also have Dish Hopper 3 Cable with America's Top 200 Cable package that includes FOX Sports for Detroit Tiger Baseball & The Tennis Channel. So, you pick… Dish Hopper 3 Cable, DVD or Blu-Ray movies, games or access to the internet. Kids and parents can have their own entertainment worlds. TV’s are also compatible to “Mirror” to anything off your phone, tablet or computer. A Bluetooth portable speaker is available for all you favorite music. There is also an internet radio available for thousands of radio/music stations from around the world.

Want to limit the kid’s technology use… then let them have their own “fort” space up in the loft.

Along with a fully furnished kitchen, you have a brand new washer, dryer, refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker. A second refrigerator with freezer and microwave are available in the cabana. There is a realistic propane fire log kit to make things cozy. Easy ON/OFF & nothing else is needed. The fireplace is located right in the dining room/kitchen area where everyone hangs out & can enjoy. All showers have grab bars for your in/out convenience. There is a portable generator that can power most of the house electrical needs. Newer furnace and air conditioner. Mother nature can literally reshape the beach in a moments notice. The lake level is currently low, the beach/sand has expanded and we currently have less of a grass area around the paver patio (a little different than the pictures).

Please remember that our beach house is for family & friend use. We respect our neighbors and their privacy. If you are looking for a "party place" for a large group to be loud, this is not a compatible place for you.
