Chalet poco aprovechado

El chalet está muy bien, las habitaciones grandes y limpias. La piscina también es muy grande pero a la zona exterior la falta un poco de mantenimiento. Sería ideal que cuidara más los detalles con un baño exterior más acondicionado y una mano de pintura a la zona de la barra del bar. Es una pena que no tenga una mesa/sofá en la zona del jardín.

Casa Mariposa une villa au calme

Belle Villa dans l'ensemble. Ideale pour se reposer au bord de la piscine ou se baigner. Terrain arboré bien clôturé et calme pas très loin de la mer. La vaisselle n'était pas très propre et pas suffisante pour 7 personnes surtout les verres. La clim est un plus indispensable. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Nice property bad management bad area

Lovely property. However we never met property manager our seen the pool cleaned once. Did our best to clean it ourselves. Joke!!We were running a half hour late on arrival and property manager left keys outside. Said he would meet us Monday evening with second set of keys but ended up having to chase him down on the Friday before we left to settle outstanding money owed!! We only had one set of keys all week and found the area a disaster to walk in. No footpaths and dangerous road to and from the property with dogs roaming freely! Overall an ok property but overpriced for the area it is in.

Die Miete ist zu hoch für den Zustand des Hauses

Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sorgfältig gereinigt: das Geschirr war dreckig, die Schränke waren dreckig, die Bezüge der Stühle waren dreckig. Ferner gab es keine Küchentücher. Auch die Einrichtung des Hauses war teilweise in einem vernachlässigten Zustand, z.B. war die Halterung der Dusche seit langem kaputt, den Duschkopf musste man beim Duschen in der Hand halten. Zum Teil war es auch in der Nachbarschaft etwas laut, glücklicherweise nie zu lange anhaltend. Natürlich gibt es auch Positives: Das WLAN ist stabil, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler funktionieren gut. Der Pool ist super, man kann nicht nur baden sondern seine Länge ist auch gut zum Schwimmen. Die geographische Lage ist optimal: in wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto bei mehreren Supermärkten, Restaurants sowie am traumhaften Strand La Barrosa. Die Unterstützung seitens Holiday Chiclana war sehr gut.
