New and modern house with private pool, barbecue, garden and WIFI for 4-5 people. The Casa Sangall is a new, modern and bright house for 4-5 persons, in a quiet area in Mayorazgo. The house has a beautiful furnished veranda with table and chairs and garden furniture, and all this overlooking the beautiful pool surrounded by lawn.
Details:
-2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m) and the other with 2 single beds. The windows have mosquito nets. An extra bed can be added for one 5 person (on demand, with extracosts).
-1 bathroom with shower + 1 toilet next to the pool
-living room with sofa, TV with programmes in Spanish and international programmes via satellite, Wifi, dining table with chairs. Chimney
-Open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
-Furnished veranda with garden furniture and a table and chairs. Next to this there is a barbecue.
-pool (3.5 x 7 m) surrounded by a lawn. There is a toilet next to the pool. Deck chairs are available.
The property is completely fenced and there is enough space to park on the property. Near the house is the Venta de Chana, ideal to do the basic shopping.

Haus mit Privatsphäre in exklusiver Lage

Schönes Haus mit guter Aufteilung in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben den Kamin und den privaten großzügigen Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung im Haus und die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut. Das Internet ist mit 8 Mbit zu langsam für Videokonferenzen. Die Betreuer vor Ort sind sehr nett und erreichbar bei Anfragen. Schön ist auch, dass man vom Haus aus in den nahegelegenen Wald spazieren kann. Es ist ruhig bis auf das auf dem Land übliche Hundegebell (auch nachts).

Haus mit guter Ausstattung und toller Aufteilung sowie Grundriss, wir haben den Kamin und den privaten Außenbereich mit großzügiger Fläche und Pool sehr genossen, exklusive Lage in Gegend mit Neubauverbot, schöne Spaziergänge vom Haus aus in den nahegelegen Wald, ruhig bis auf das in Spanien übliche Hundegebell (auch nachts), sehr freundliche und gut erreichbare Gastgeber

¡Vacaciones estupendas!

Estuvimos en Casa Sangall por segunda vez en diciembre y, una vez más, lo disfrutamos muchísimo. La casa está equipada con todas las comodidades y, si faltara algo, Beatriz y Antonio lo proporcionan de inmediato. La hospitalidad de Antonio y Beatriz te hace sentir bien. La casa está idealmente situada: en un entorno tranquilo, pero a poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes. Incluso en invierno resulta muy agradable, ya que cuenta con una estufa de leña que calienta perfectamente y crea un ambiente acogedor y muy especial. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und sind bereits zum zweiten mal dort gewesen, jetzt gibt es sogar eine Klimaanlage und ein Carpot. Das Haus, der Pool und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Ein Auto sollte man haben. Die Betreuung durch den lieben Antonio war toll. Wir kommen wieder .

Schöner Winter-Urlaub

Wir waren im Februar/März 25 für 2 Wochen im Casa Sangall. Für diese kühlere Jahreszeit ist das Haus optimal geeignet, auch wenn der Pool aufgrund der Temperaturen nur für die Härtesten nutzbar ist ;-) Im Haus gibt es einen Kaminofen, für den wir einen ganzen Korb Holz von Antonio zur Verfügung gestellt bekamen. Nutzen mussten wir ihn nicht, der mobile Heizkörper hat uns an kühleren Abenden das Wohnzimmer auf Kuscheltemperatur gebracht. Das große, recht schattenlose Grundstück hat den ganzen Tag über Sonne; man kann ab ca.9 Uhr auf der Terrasse in der Sonne frühstücken - herrlich. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte teilweise ersetzt bzw.ergänzt werden ( Tassen, Schälchen, Matratze...) Bis auf einen Wäscheständer für die Terrasse ( es gibt Leinen im Freien, die bei Regen unpraktisch sind ) , ein vernünftiges Gemüsemesser und einen Wasserkocher für mich als Teetrinker hat uns jedoch nichts gefehlt. Die Ruhe ums Haus wird nur von Esel, Hahn und Hund unterbrochen- Landleben pur. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Jerez, Cadiz, Vejer, Trafalgar etc. ist das Haus optimal, in max.45 Minuten ist alles erreichbar. Ein Auto ist absolut notwendig. Beatriz hat uns an einem vorher bekannt gegebenen Treffpunkt abgeholt und ist mit uns zum Haus gefahren. Alles easy und mit ein paar Brocken Spanisch, Händen und Füßen gut hinzukriegen :-)

Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen im Haus. Es ist sauber, der Pool ist eingezäunt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Der Haus-Techniker kam alle 2 Tage, um den Pool zu reinigen und war immer sehr hilfsbereit.

Wunderbar

Vom 10. - 24.10. haben wir wieder 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Haus von Beatriz und Antonio verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns gefreut, die beiden wieder zu sehen. Das gut ausgestattete Haus und der Garten mit Pool sind einfach zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Jetzt gibt es sogar einen Kamin für kältere Tage. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (z.B. nach Cadiz, zum Montenmedio, fundacionmac um Skulpturen und Kunstobjekte im Park und den Ausstellungsräumen anzusehen), Wanderungen, Strandbesuche..... Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft bei Beatriz und Antonio, Gabriele und Martin

Einfach herrlich

Im Oktober 2023 haben wir wieder 2 wunderbare Wochen im Casa Sangall verbracht. Im Haus und im Garten kann man super entspannen und sich wohlfühlen. Beatriz und Antonio sind sehr herzliche, fürsorgliche Gastgeber! Cadiz ist nicht weit entfernt, der Skulpturenpark der Fundacion NMAC in der Nähe von Vejer ist sehr sehenswert und noch Vieles mehr. Wohlfühlen - Urlaub

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub im Casa Sangall verbracht. Uns hat es an fast nichts gefehlt, alles wie beschrieben und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist modern und in einem frischen Zustand, der Pool ist super. Das Grundstück ist von einer Mauer umgeben und somit nicht einsehbar. Die regelmäßige Pflege des Pools wurde von dem netten Antonio übernommen. Conil als Urlaubsort hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der lange Sandstrand, mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem schönen alten Ortskern. An der Küste gibt es in beiden Richtungen weitere schöne Strände. Liebe Grüße von Anke und Rolf Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, es gibt in dem Haus keinen Lüfter, geschweige denn eine Klimaanlage

Casa muy tranquila y agrabable.

Tranquilidad total en la casa. Hay que tener en cuenta que está situada en un entorno rural y se escuchan gallos, perros y un burrito. A nosotros no nos molestó en absoluto. La parte exterior nos pareció muy cómoda y la piscina ideal, ni muy grande ni pequeña. Hay unos 7km a Conil y 3km a la playa más cercana en Roche. Estuvimos muy agusto y muy buen trato con Antonio el propietario.

Casa perfecta para el relax

Hemos estado una semana y la casa esta genial, tal como se ve en las fotos. en 5 minutos estas en las calas de roche o 10 minutos en conil. Hay que coegr el coche para todo pero para nosotros no ha sidp problema. La atencion de Antonio y Beatriz perfecta y han estado muy poednientes de que todo estuviera perfecto. Para repetir sin duda, recomendable 100%.

Todo muy bien!!. Casa muy equipada, muy limpia y cerca de playas preciosas. La piscina perfecta. Y los anfitriones maravillosos! Antonio vino varios días para limpiar la piscina y asegurar que no necesitábamos nada, majisimos y muy atentos.

Erholung pur

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den beiden Hausverwaltern empfangen. Die Kommunikation auf spanisch war spannend hat aber bestens funktioniert! Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und die Umgebung ursprünglich. Mit dem Auto sind Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Fantastisch

Vom 07.10, - 23.10.22 waren wir in der Casa Sangall. Herzlichen Dank an Beatriz und Antonio für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, sowohl innen als auch außen die Terrasse, der Grillbereich, der Garten und Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet - uns fehlte es an nichts. Wunderschöne Strände sind ganz in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Interessantes zum anschauen, erleben und erwandern. Total relax

La casa es tal y como se anuncia. Esta muy limpia, es cómoda y muy tranquila. La piscina está muy bien ni muy pequeña ni muy grande y la zona del porche y jardines un disfrute, sobre todo cuando se hace bbq. La bbq está genial con mucho espacio y muy práctica. La casa esta a 10 minutos de las calas, playas y muy buenos chiringuitos y restaurantes donde elegir. El dueño "Antonio" es una persona muy amable y se ofrece para lo que necesites, viene casi todas las mañanas y te limpia la piscina. La única pega es que la página no ofrece un apartado donde poner que llevas mascota contigo. Si anuncian que se aceptan mascotas así que yo di por echo que no sería un problema llevar con nosotros a mi bichos maltes de 3.5kg. Beatriz la dueña nos menciono que deberíamos haber avisado que llevamos perro ya que esto conlleva un coste adicional. Por lo demás todo genial.

La casa es espectacu...

La casa es espectacular para unas vacaciones de relax y tranquilidad. No le falta absolutamente de nada, y es mejor incluso de lo que se puede ver en las fotos. A destacar la maravillosa piscina, la barbacoa y la comodidad de las camas y sofás. Las playas cercanas, haciendo mención especial a las calas de Roche, son espectaculares. De las mejores de España. Y el trato con los propietarios simplemente encantadores. Una casa para repetir.
