This newly built wooden house is situated in the peaceful rural location in Mayorazgo, just outside Conil.
It is small but very well equipped and offers everything you could wish for perfect familiy holidays on the beautiful Costa de la Luz.

Details:
2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1,50), one with 2single beds.
1 bathroom with a shower.
Open kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven and all necessary kitchen utensils
Living room with sofa, air conditioning, WiFi Internet

There is a large, shady porch with dining table and chairs. A barbecue grill is provided.
The private pool is fenced child secure, and measures 3 x 6 m.
In the garden are garden chairs and other garden furniture

Nice sized property in convenient, quiet location.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Assilah. The accomodation was just the right size for our family of 5 (3 young children). The property is well located for exploring the Andalucian coastline with easy access to all amenities. We will stay again.

L’hôte particulièrement réactive au vu des circonstances météorologiques actuelles de l’Andalousie. Les équipements ( bien que certains doivent être changés), l’agencement de la location. De plus celle-ci a largement résistee aux 2 tempêtes et à la pluie importante. Le lieu est calme, les commerces proches.

Urlaub im Casa Assilah Juni 25

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Casa Assilah verbracht. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah zu Conil und den Stränden. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, einladend hell und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse mit dem Mobiliar + der Garten mit Pool und Liegen sind perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr nette Kontakt mit der Verwalterin Noelia. Es hat alles super geklappt. Von der An- bis zur Abreise. Vielen Dank Noelia!

Schöner Bungalow mit Pool

Alles wie erwartet. Geräumiger Bungalow mit privatem Pool. Die Küche bietet alles, um auch mal ein Essen für zwei Personen anzurichten. (Geschirrspüler vorhanden)Badezimmer mit großer Duschkabine und einer kleinen Waschmaschine. Perfekt! Der Check-in war sehr knapp geraten. Wir sind aber zufrieden mit dem Bungalow und genießen den Urlaub mit eigenem Pool. Ich hätte gerne noch Fotos mit eingestellt, aber der untere Button für die Fotos funktioniert nicht!

Hemos estado 1 semana en febrero y todo perfecto,la casa dispone de todo lo necesario para hacer la instancia muy agradable ,el porche y el jardín con la piscina y barbacoa una delicia muy bien cuidado y limpio todo y la persona encargada de darte las llaves y jardineros son muy majos y de trato fenomenal.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns von Anfang an begeistert. Es ist sehr sauber, hell und einladend, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. La casa dalle grandi vetrate

A Casa Assilah siamo stati benissimo: accogliente, arredata con tanto bianco e colori pastello, luci calde, grandissime vetrate che creano l'effetto di un giardino d'inverno, che ti fanno sentire in giardino anche stando dentro casa e ti permettono di godere di una bellissima vista su una verde collina all'orizzonte. La zona è tranquilla e molto silenziosa. Ci torneremo

Meine Frau und ich waren vom 14.04.2023 bis zum 12.05.2023 in der Casa Asilah zu Gast. Es war alles so wie beschrieben und wie auch auf den Fotos zu sehen. Alles in allem ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Trotz des Toasters dessen Art ich das letzte mal vor 50 Jahren in England gesehen habe: 5 Sterne.

Wir waren von 01.12.2022 - 13.03.2023 im Casa Asilah. Die Verwalterin Noelia hat sofort reagiert wenn es Probleme gab. Bei einem solangen Aufenthalt können immer unvorhersehbare Probleme auftauchen. Pedro war immer sofort zur Stelle um zu helfen. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden besonders auch mit der Kommunikation. Also... nur zu empfehlen! Super alles !

Fantastische Auszeit

Das Haus ist ein Idyll am Rande von Conil zum Wohlfühlen und entspricht absolut den Beschreibungen. Ruhig gelegen und in Kürze erreicht man die traumhaften Strände, sowie Conil zum Ausgehen. Der Service ist fantastisch von Übergabe bis hin zu Wünschen. Alles ist sauber, modern, ein sehr gutes Bett und ich komme sehr gerne wieder ;o)
