This beautiful, well maintained holiday home with private pool is located very near to Conil, in Dehesa de la Villa, a nice settlement of holiday and private homes. Since the house is only about 300 m from Conil, shops, restaurants, bars are nearby in only10 minutes walking distance. The sandy beaches of Conil are easily accessible.
Facilities : 3 spacious bedrooms for a total of up to 6 people : 2 x with 2 single beds and 1 with a 1.80 cm wide double bed with good mattress . Well equipped, the lounge with open kitchen, with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with grill, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen appliances. Salon with sofas and armchairs, TV with British and international channels, dining table with 6 chairs, fireplace and air condition. Bathroom with bath, additional guest bathroom. The house has a covered terrace with patio furniture.
The garden is beautiful, here is the fenced 4 x 7 m swimming pool and a brick barbecue. Two car parking spaces on the property are in place and are secured by an automatic gate .
