Casa Juanito is an Andalusian-style, well maintained holiday house with private pool in beautiful and tranquil surroundings. You can enjoy your holidays in the private pool area lying in the semi-shadow of the trees looking at the glittering pool.

3 bedrooms, one with double bed, two with two single beds each, all bedrooms with built-in cupboards.
Living room with sofas, table and chairs, TV with international (Sat-) programmes, Air Conditioning
Internet by WiFi is provided free of charge
2 bathrooms, one with tub, the other with shower and washing machine
Open kitchen with ceran-cooking, large fridge, microwave oven and all necessary kitchen utensils

Tiled Pool (abt. 7 x 3,5 m), in the pool area are sun loungers, from 2022 no more fenced in

Het was een perfecte huis voor de vakantie de locatie top de rust ook af en toe blaffende honden maar dat stoorde me niet.is ideaal voor een rustige vakantie door te brengen.proper en zlles wat je nodig heb voor het huishoudelijke gebruik is aanwezig.is zeker voor familie die rust zoeken voor ons was het top.

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances dans la casa Juanito. L emplacement est idéal, au calme, proche de la pinède et l océan. La maison est très propre et confortable, la piscine très agréable même si début novembre nous n avons pas pu en profiter. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Wir waren im April eine Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen in diesem Haus. Offenbar waren wir die ersten Gäste, das Haus roch sehr muffig. Das hat sich erst nach 2-3 Tagen gegeben. Die Lage ist gut, man ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto an wunderschönen Stränden, in schönen Städten und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Bäcker) sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Durch die angrenzenden Pinienwälder kann man sehr schöne Spaziergänge machen. Die Ausstattung war etwas dürftig. Die Fahrräder sind absolut unbrauchbar. Dann lieber gar nicht im Inserat erwähnen. Von den 4 Liegen am schönen Pool waren 2 leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Geärgert haben wir uns über den Geschirrspüler. Der untere Korb ist sehr verrostet, einige Teile sind weggebrochen. Oft waren 2 Spülgänge notwendig. Mit ein paar kleinen Erneuerungen ist das Haus sicher eine gute Wahl, in dem Zustand ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht sehr gut.

Buscábamos y encontramos sol y luz

Era lo que buscábamos... paz y tranquilidad, sol y luminosidad de Andalucía combinados con la continua brisa del mar. Por poner una pega, los perros de algún vecino... muy ruidosos los perros y mal educado el vecino.

Casa con una estupenda piscina, una barbacoa grande, sito para aparcar 3 vehículos, zona ajardinada con césped, muy soleada, mobiliario rústico, equipada con todo el menaje del hogar, limpia y cuidada. Los propietarios muy cordiales e implicados en solucionar cualquier avería rápidamente. La ubicación ideal para pasear por los pinares, con comercios cerca. Quisieramos volver a disfrutarla pronto.

La verdad que la casa está en un sitio super tranquilo a 5 minutos en coche del centro del pueblo. Tiene 3 habitaciones con camas realmente cómodas. La casa está completamente equipada y con todo en muy buen estado. La piscina y el jardín son perfectos, así como la zona para aparcar es amplia y de fácil acceso. Genial tener una barbacoa incluso con grifo para lavar allí mismo. Juan fue muy atento a nuestra llegada y salida. El precio es razonable para una casa de estas características y para la época en la que hemos viajado (septiembre). Volveremos!

Casa encantadora

La casa está en muy buenas condiciones y con todo lo necesario para 6 personas. Necesitarás de coche para ir a cualquier sitio (comprar, cafeterías, etc...), pero aún así merece la pena.

Schön ruhig, sehr sauber und ein toller kleiner Pool

Ein wirklich schönes Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr gepflegt und ganz ruhig gelegen (man braucht allerdings ein Auto). Der Pool lädt zum Ausruhen und zum baden ein. Das Haus steht allein und ist mit einer kleinen weißen Mauer umgeben, so dass man keinen Sichtkontakt mit den Nachbarn hat. Alles bestens. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. Ein kleines Minus: Die Fahrräder sind nicht ganz tauglich für Erwachsene (Sattel lassen sich nicht höher stellen, da Werkzeug fehlt) oder längere Strecken (haben etwas unter dem Klima gelitten). Da wir aber eh nicht viel fahren wollten, hat uns das nicht gestört.

La casa esta fenomenal; hemos pasado una semana y ha sido fantástico absolutamente todo. La casa, está perfectamente acondicionada, la piscina, jardín y bbq una maravilla. Sábanas nuevas, toallas nuevas, los colchones comodísimos... un 10 Y el dueño de la casa encantador. Sin duda volveremos.

Wir waren von der Casa Juanito total begeistert! Das Haus war bei Übergabe sehr sauber, und es ist fast noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war einfach nur herrlich! Die Umgebung ist ländlich, daher sehr ruhig. Die Ruhestörung durch Hundegebell, über das sich manche Bewerter beschwerten, können wir nicht bestätigen! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet - auch wenn in der Küche das eine oder anderer kleine Schüsselchen von Vorteil wäre. Der wunderschöne (unserer Meinung der schönste!) Strand ist mit dem Rad in ca. 20-25 Minuten durch die schönen Pinienwälder zu erreichen (Urb. Roche). Dort ist auch ein toller Kletterpark! Das Haus können wir absolut weiter empfehlen! Eine kleine Anmerkung vielleicht: eine Infomappe über die Umgebung wäre super. Man ist am ersten Tag etwas orientierungslos. Aber es gibt ja Google.maps. Hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche Vermittlung. Vielen Dank nochmal!!

Toller Urlaub im Haus Juanito

Wir sind nun schon das dritte Mal in der Casa Juanito untergekommen. Jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Alles im Haus funktioniert und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Eigentümer wohnen gleich nebenan, so dass, wenn mal eine Frage/ Problem auftritt dieses schnell platziert werden kann und dann auch zügig gelöstwird. Gut wäre, wenn man selbst spanisch sprechen würde, da der Eigentümer ausschließlich spanisch spricht und somit die Kommunikation auf deutsch oder englisch erschwert ist. Dies wird aber durch ein sehr freundliches und unkompliziertes Handeln des Eigentümers voll kompensiert. Voll auf zufrieden, bis zum nächste Mal.

Hallo, wir verbrac...

Hallo, wir verbrachten mit Hund und erwachsenen Kindern superschöne Tage im Casa Juanito in Conil an der Costa del la Luz. Die Organisation war super, auch vor Ort, das Haus war gut ausgestattet, es funktionierte alles und es war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank dafür! Nur leider kann man nachts kein Fenster geöffnet lassen, weil ab 3 Uhr nachts die Hähne und Hunde das Morgengeheule bzw Gekrähe losgehen, das unruhige Schläfer vom Schlafen abhalten könnten. Da wir nicht zu heiße Tage und Nächte Ende Oktober hatten konnten wir die Fenster schließen. Uns haben die wunderschönen Strände , Buchten und Pinienwälder, sowie die interessanten Städtchen und weißen Dörfer angesprochen und könnten uns vorstellen in einigen Jahren nochmals im Casa Junanito zu wohnen. Traumhaft er Urlaub

Wir waren nun schon ca 10 mal in der Gegend um Conil im Urlaub. Gefallen hat es uns schon immer. Nun sind wir aber seit zwei Jahren in der Unterkunft Casa Juanito und das Urlaubsfeeling ist noch besser geworden. Wer ein kleines, gut ausgestattetes Haus ausserhalb des Treibens in Conil sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der kleine Pool ist klasse und die Organisation der Unterkunft könnte besser nicht sein. Schade, dass die Eigentümer nur spanisch sprechen, somit ist eine Kommunikation auf deutsch oder englisch nicht möglich ist - liegt aber uns, dass wir kein spanisch sprechen. Also alles toll in der Unterkunft Casa Juanito
