modern new house with private pool for 4 persons, near to Conil but in natural surrounding, with WiFi and aircon This newly built, bright and modern holiday home is located on the outskirts of Conil. It is comfortably furnished and has a beautiful garden with palm trees and lawn. The small, private swimming pool (6,5 x 3,2 m) invites you to swim and is fenced in for the safety oft he children. Because oft he walking distance (abt. 20 min.) to the old town of Conil you can enjoy the evening in one of the restaurants or the typical bars without having to use the car.

La casa es ideal para pasar unos días en familia. Tiene lo imprescindible para estar a gusto. La piscina privada en días de calor es un plus. Está ubicada en una zona tranquila de Conil y cerca de supermercados, gasolinera y farmacias. Si volvemos por la zona, repetiremos allí. Juan y Claudia muy amables y atentos.

Perfekter Urlaub / Vacaciones maravillosas

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sehr sauber. Die Lage perfekt. Sehr ruhig aber dennoch sind Stadt und Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen werden alle 3-4 Tage durch den sehr netten und aufmerksamen Vermieter Juan gepflegt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Danke für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. ______________________________________ El alojamiento es súper bonito y muy limpio. La ubicación es perfecta. Muy tranquilo, pero aún así a poca distancia de la ciudad y la playa. La piscina y las instalaciones exteriores son mantenidas cada 3-4 días por el muy agradable y atento propietario Juan. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario. Gracias por unas vacaciones perfectas.

Bonita casa para desconectar de la rutina diaria. Tiene todos los accesorios de cocina para no llevar nada. La piscina es lo suficientemente grande para 4 personas. Zona muy tranquila sin ruidos.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem kleinen sauberen , gepflegten etwas einfachen Häuschen . Unsere Wünsche wurden uns schnellstmöglich von unserer sehr netten Anprechpatnerin erfüllt ! Doch hätten wir uns bei der Innenausstattung der Küche , mehr und ein besseres Essgeschirr gewünscht . Zum Beispiel, Trinkbecher finden wir nicht so toll . Aber das sind alles Kleinigkeiten…Wir würden es immer wieder buchen und kommen sicherlich auch gerne wieder . Es war toll 😁😎

en esta casa hemos pasado unas de nuestras mejores vacaciones, mi marido, mi hija de 5 años y yo...tiene todo para pasar unos dias fantasticos..el dueño encantador!! El unico inconveniente por poner uno, que esta a las afueras de Conil y hay que coger coche para todo.. Si podemos el año que viene volveremos sin pensarlo

Liebe Urlauber, diese Unterkunft war für uns als kleine Familie mit zwei Kindern perfekt, da das Haus zum einen perfekt geschnitten und durch die Innen- und aussenausstattung zum Wohlfühlen einlädt. Sicher ist der Pool im Sommer ein Hauptgewinn, besonders auch für Familien mit kleineren Kindern, da er abschliessbar ist! Wir fanden die Lage ( 20 Gehminuten zum Strand ) auch schön, da man dabei immer durch die charmante Stadt bummeln konnte. Rund um war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Schön ist es auch, dass unserer Vermieter direkt in der gleichen Straße wohnen und wir uns deutsch verständigen konnten. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Woche

Casa Elena liegt sehr dicht an Conil in einem dörflichen Wohngebiet mit etwas Landwirtschaft. Das Haus ist einfach und zweckmäßig, hat aber alles was man braucht, um einen entspannten Urlaub in Conil zu verbringen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere schöne Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Auch Tarifa und Cádiz sind gut erreichbar und immer mindestens einen Ausflug wert. Der Kontakt zum netten Verwalterehepaar, die in unmittelbarer Nähe wohnen ist absolut unkompliziert und sehr nett. Alles in allem entspricht das Haus absolut der Beschreibung und verspricht einen entspannten Urlaub.

das Casa Elena ist sauber und nicht abgewohnt. Die ruhige Lage und die Erreichbarkeit von Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren perfekt. Ein wunderschönes Casa und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein ganz toller, leider zu kurzer Aufenthalt in einem herrlichen Haus. jederzeit würde ich wieder kommen.

En general nuestra estancia ha sido más que positiva, la casa era ideal para nosotros, una pareja con dos niños, sin duda para repetir. Comentar eso sí que sería recomendable renovar las toallas y ropa de cama, así como revisar la velocidad del Wifi. El resto excelente, atención especial por parte de Juan que nos recibió y estuvo a nuestra disposición en todo momento.

Wir waren das zweite...

Wir waren das zweite Mal in Conil und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort, wenngleich das Wetter dieses Jahr etwas frischer war ;o). Die Lage von Casa Elena ist recht gut, man kann zu Fuss einkaufen und durshcaus auch in die Stadt gehen. Wobei ein Auto schon sinnvoll ist. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und funktional, wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Vor allem genießen wir die Abgeschiedenheit und den Pool, auch bei Wind findet sich ein Plätzchen innerhalb der Außenmauer. Juan und Elena waren immer sehr freundlich und haben uns sogar nach später Ankunft gegen 23 Uhr Lebensmittel überlassen. Casa Elena: Klare Empfehlung!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben letztes Jahr im September 3 super schöne Wochen in der Casa Elena verbracht. Alles war perfekt für den perfekten Urlaub. Leider ist das Haus für dieses Jahr bereits belegt, ansonsten hätten wir es sofort wieder gebucht. Sehr zu empfehlen
