Casa Pablo - holiday house for 4-6 persons with private Pool in quiet surroundings, with air condition, WiFi and bicycles The beautiful beaches of the Urbanisation Roche can be reached in only 5 min. by car.
The details of the house are:
- 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with double bed plus two bunk beds
- Living room with table and chairs, sofas, SAT-TV with British and international programmes, fireplace, and air condition.
- fully fitted kitchen with ceran cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils
- bathroom with shower
The house is tastefully funished, the high ceilings give an amply and nice impression.
All windows are fitted with fly-screens. The covered terrace is nicely furnished with a table and chairs.
The size of the pool is 3,5 x 7 m. It is operated year-around. There are deckchairs and a garden barbecue.
The plot is totally walled with an entrance through a large sliding door, parking space for 2 cars.
There is a typical Spanish “Venta”, a bar/restaurant in the near, a small supermarket only 50 m away.
4 Bicycles are provided (3 for adults 1 for children)

Lovely little villa

Fantastic private home near to beaches . Pool was lovely. All outdoor facilities great. Would have been even better with a guest book and a little more information on the property. A welcome pack with some basic foods would be a lovely touch. The barking dogs nearby were annoying every morning but nothing anyone can do about that.We booked it again for later in the year so it must have been good

Nice Villa, disappointing situation

The property was clean and very comfortable. However we were disappointed that there were no guidance notes about the area, local restaurants and shops. The Villa is near a "Venta" which had a very vocal guard dog, in the house next door. The dog barked a considerable amount of time, particularly very early morning.

Second visit. Still lovely but a shame our suggestions last time were ignored. Still no basic necessities such as cooking oil or milk or even some charcoal or a lighter (one of which we left in May but was no longer there despite being put in a safe place). No updated information pack and at least a couple of cockroaches every day. Fantastic place but a little more effort would be icing on the cake

La casa tiene de todo lo que necesitas, es muy cómoda y la piscina es fabulosa! Nos hemos alojado mi familia y yo la ultima semana de mayo, y repetiremos seguro. Nos ha faltado probar la barbacoa. Al estar entre campo hemos visto algo de bichos pero tengo que decir que mucho menos que si fuera cesped natural! Gracias

LA CASA ES ESTUPENDA

La casa es muy acogedora tanto el interior como el exterior, dispone de un buen menaje de cocina, camas y sofá cómodos, el porche estupendo, la piscina también. El anfitrión muy amable. Para mi lo único malo los ladridos muy temprano (a las 6:45 todos los días) de un perro de una vivienda cercana, y que la carretera es horrible está fatal asfaltada, toda levantada...

Wir hatten drei ruhige und entspannte Wochen in der casa Pablo. Der Hausherr ist ein geduldiger und höflicher Mensch und wirklich hilfsbereit. Wie ein guter Nachbar auf den man nicht mehr verzichten mag. Egal welches Problem, es wurde umgehend gelöst. Hunde werden sehr gut aufgenommen (ich mag Hunde, sie darf ruhig um mich herum sein; Zitatende) und Matilda hängt einem wirklich gern mal am xy, na ihr wisst schon ;) Da das Gelände ummauert ist, hatten wir auch unsere absolute Privatsphäre und waren ungestört. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und schön eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt im Grund genommen nichts. Außer man hat die Idee nen Kuchen zu backen oder sonstige kulinarischen Extravaganzen zu kreieren. Der Pool ist sauber und die lounge mit Grillküche war jeden Abend unser Lieblingsplatz. (Andalusien ist für seine Winde bekannt, wir waren in diesem Bereich gut windgeschützt.) Alles in Allem waren wir super zufrieden und können guten Gewissens dieses Domizil empfehlen. Ein tolles Haus!

Wir haben dort 3 Wochen mit unserem Hund verbracht und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse war unser 2.tes Wohnzimmer mit Lounge, großem Esstisch und toller Grillecke. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, da es doch sehr abseits liegt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut.

Hola, la casa está muy bien, es una zona tranquila, la piscina, barbacoa, zona "chill out" está todo perfecto. Los colchones son muy cómodos, se descansa perfectamente. Ha unos 30m tenemos un bar-restaurante que hace comidas para llevar y te saca de un apuro en caso que se quiera comer/cenar en la casa, pedimos unas pizzas y estaban buenísimas. Tiene 4 bicicletas que para dar un paseo o ir a la playa están bien, la playa y las calas están a 5km, son amplias y tienen mucho sitio para aparcar. Lo único que mejoraría es la presión de agua en la ducha.. Quiero dar las gracias a José Manuel, que es el casero, por estar pendiente a cualquier hora de lo que pudiera surgir. En general totalmente recomendable.

La casa tiene lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. La zona del porche y barbacoa esta muy bien. La piscina muy cómoda con las escaleras en la entrada. El aire acondicionado aunque normalmente no se suele necesitar en esa zona, nos a venido bien los 2 días de ola de calor que hemos tenido.

Prima huisje, voorzien van alle gemakken. Alles is prima. Hebben heerlijk genoten van fijne het huisje met zwembad. Nadeel vonden wij het geblaf van de honden iedere nacht in de buurt. Dat ging de hele nacht door.. Ook de buitenbarbeque en de overdekte zithoek was top.
