new modern holiday home with very nice private pool in quiet surrounding for 4-5 persons, with WiFi and aircon and 4 bicycles. New, modern holiday home with modern facilities for 4-5 people. At the unusually designed, quite large, dark blue pool, you can enjoy your holidays, with benches inside the pool.
The house is very well equipped with air conditioning and everything a vacationer's heart desires:
Modern, open kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all other necessary kitchen utensils - thereto followed by the dining area with chairs.
Spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV, comfortable sofas, Air Conditioning Hot / Cold
Small but well equipped bathroom
2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.6 m) and one with a double bed (1,4 m wide) and a single bed (0,90 m).
At the house there is a covered terrace with furniture.
In the small garden there are several palm trees and flowering bushes.

The area around the pool is quite large, there are sunloungers for your comfort and to
relax.
The property is completely fenced with a wall. The entrance is through a large roll-up door.
A secure parking is available.

Perfect retreat

The villa is modern, well equiped and very comfortable both inside and out. The property is very secure and off street parking is a real bonus. The grounds are well kept and the small grassed area breaks up the hard landscaping well. The two palm trees are lovely and give shade. The pool is excellent, the water fresh and clear and maintained regularly. The air conditioning works very well and powerful enough to cool the whole villa. Even at 35-40 degrees outside temperature, the preset 20 degree a/c setting was great. Our only negative was the shower water temperature that was not stable and could change from ok to extremely hot without notice. A beautiful villa with excellent facilities.

Das lĂ€ndlich gelegene ansich schöne Ferienhaus (ca. 9 km vom Stadtzentrum Conil entfernt) könnte nach geschĂ€tzten fĂŒnf Jahren ein Update u.a. Neues Sofa, Fliesen im Wohnzimmer hohl/ lose z.T. beschĂ€digt, Toilettensitz, Duschkabine, Sonnenliegen
 vertragen.Im Haus gibt zwar einen Kamin, aber leider kein Brennholz. WĂ€re fĂŒr eine Vernietung Ende November angebracht gewesen. Die einzige Heizung bestand aus der Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer haben keine Klimaanlage/ Heizung. Dieses ist weder im Sommer noch Herbst/Winter eine zufriedenstellende Lösung.Neben dem Ferienhaus wird derzeit ein neues Haus gebaut, so dass tagsĂŒber BaulĂ€rm zuhören war.Zum Ausgleich haben einige Hunde in den umliegenden GĂ€rten/HĂ€usern Nachts ein ausdauerndes Konzert gegeben
Das Ferienhaus ist ĂŒber eine recht abenteuerliche Landstraße (Wurzeln großer Pinien haben den Asphalt stellenweise um 20-30 Zentimeter hochgedrĂŒckt) zu erreichen. Das Restaurant gegenĂŒber dem Ferienhaus war geschlossen. Die nĂ€chsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind. 3-4 km entfernt. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Neben dem schönen Pool gibt es einen Parkplatz, sodass das Fahrzeug auf dem GrundstĂŒck sicher abgestellt werden kann. Das GrundstĂŒck ist mit einer hohen Mauer und einem großen Tor gesichert.

Ein Haus zum WohlfĂŒhlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, genau wie die GĂ€ste vor uns auch. Ich möchte nicht auf Details eingehen, vielleicht sind zusĂ€tzliche Informationen hilfreich. Der Pool ist 8 m lang und wird 2 x in der Woche gereinigt. Seitlich ist auf der Terrasse ein Rollo angebracht, so dass man auch bei starkem Wind windstill sitzen kann. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Conil bei Mercadona und Aldi., die sonntags geschlossen haben,. Der sympathischeÂŽ Besitzer Jose hilft gerne und schnell bei Problemen. Der Stadtstrand von Conil Ă€hnelt dem Strand von Norderney.. Wunderschön sind Wanderungen an der SteilkĂŒste mit den kleinen Buchten, ein Erlebnis zum Sonnenuntergang. In der NĂ€he befindet sich das Restaurant Mar y Monte, das ich empfehlen kann. In der Saison ist eine Tischreservierung erforderlich. Dieses Ferienhaus kann ich nur weiterempfehlen., es liegt sehr ruhig. und Conil ist schnell erreichbar.

TrĂšs Bonne Vacances

TrÚs belle hébergement avec une superbe piscine, tout le confort intérieur avec juste un tout petit bémol le grand lit qui fait un bruit de grincements dÚs que tu bouges dans le lit ( seul minuscule soucis pour bien dormir si vous avez un sommeil léger) mais vraiment vite oublié pour nous. Un plus, les Vélos bien sympa pour une bonne balade pour découvrir toutes les superbes Calanques qu ils y a justes à cÎté c est génial ( 15 minutes). Et la Voiture est à l intérieur, un plus.

Super Vacances. La Location manque de rien, tout le confort avec une Superbe Piscine. Si j ai pas mis 5, mais ça mĂ©rite 4,5. C est que le grand lit a un petit problĂšme de grincements, quand vous bougez la nuit, le sommeil n est pas terrible pour l autre. Et elle a des plus, La Voiture est Ă  l’ intĂ©rieur de la location ça s est cool. Et les VĂ©los, que l ont a utilisĂ© pour aller faire un tour dans les petites Calanques de la Roche juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© Ă  15 minutes. Je la conseille vraiment, pas loin de Cadix, Conil la Frontera, Tarifa, Bolonia et mĂȘme Seville.

Gran estancia en Conil, somos un matrimonio con 2 niñas, la casa es una maravilla, tiene de todo, estå muy limpia y la piscina es genial, ademås tiene buena ubicación, cerca de Conil y las calas que hay cerca son muy bonitas y puedes ir con las bicicletas que te prestan. Wir hatten in der Casa Jose eine sehr schöne Zeit. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Die Lage etwas weg vom Schuss, aber wer so etwas mag ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

tolles Haus

sehr zu empfehlen, komplette Ausstattung, schnelles Wifi, toller Pool und 4 FahrrĂ€der, von denen neu waren. WĂŒnschenswert wĂ€re hier nur ein SchlĂŒssel zum Verstellen der Sattelhöhe. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 20 Minuten beim sehr schönen Strand von Roche. Check in und out angenehm fix und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Kommunikation war super, die Anlage entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Geschirr im KĂŒchenschrank war nicht sauber, zum Teil auch noch Kaffeespuren in den Tassen. Halb so wild, kurzerhand Geschirr gespĂŒlt und gut. Ansonsten war alles super, gerne irgendwann wieder!

Tolles Haus auf dem Land

Sehr schönes Haus mit interessant gestaltetem Pool + Außendusche, es funktionierte praktisch alles, insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders gut die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern (nicht im Bad - das könnte nicht ergĂ€nzt werden). Einzig zu bemĂ€ngeln wĂ€re der kleine separate Backofen, der nicht so richtig wollte! Ruhige Lage, allerdings etwas abseits gelegen - ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein. Wunderschön zu nutzen ist auch die Terrasse, wir haben uns gerne dort aufgehalten. Abstellplatz fĂŒr das Auto direkt im GrundstĂŒck - optimal! Zum Strand an der SteilkĂŒste knapp 15 min mit dem Auto. Also insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

La maison est situé dans le quartier de Roche à 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Conil, dans un quartier calme avec un petit restaurant local juste à coté, le patron est trÚs sympathique. Elle est située à 5 minutes de la plage de Cala Roche, magnifique petites criques. ne soyez pas surpris, il y a des nudiste. Il y a un chemin pour si rendre en vélo environ 15 minutes. les vélos sur place ne sont pas vraiment en état. vous ne pourrez pas vous aventurer bien loin avec. Il y a un petit super marché carrefour à 5 minutes également en voiture. la piscine est trÚs agréable.

Schöner, lÀndlicher Bungalow in sehr ruhiger Lage

Die Casa JosĂ© ist ungefĂ€hr 10 Autominuten von der KĂŒste entfernt in sehr ruhiger und lĂ€ndlicher Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und in allen Belangen sofort behilflich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die KĂŒche gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Draußen ist ein fantastischer Pool und eine sehr schöne ĂŒberdachte Terrasse mit Abendsonne. Die Agentur hat ebenfalls einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Auf e-Mails wird sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fer Ă  repasser hors service , j’en ai rachetĂ© un . Manque d’une salle de bain et d’un toilette . Manque Ă©galement d’une grande poĂȘle et d’une essoreuse salade . Sinon le sĂ©jour c’est bien passĂ© et Ă  proximitĂ© de Chiclana de la frontera CĂĄdiz et pas trop loin de SĂ©ville .

Wir haben in der Casa Jose eine Woche unseres Urlaubs verbracht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es mangelt an nichts. Das einzige was man nicht kann ist zu Fuß in einen Ort gehen. Aber es stehen FahrrĂ€der bereit. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir wĂŒrden hier auf jedenfall jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.
