La Fontanilla Apartment
The apartment is located in the Mirador de la Fontanilla urbanization. Located in La Atalaya, in one of the best areas of Conil de la Frontera, just 500 meters from the beach of La Fontanilla, where spacious villas with great architectural taste predominate. In addition, the historic center is located less than 5 minutes walk.
In 300 meters around it has commercial areas (bars, restaurants, hamburgers, shops, ...) as well as large supermarkets (Mercadona, Día, SuperConil, ...).
The urbanization has a communal pool, as well as very pleasant landscaped common areas for family walks. Although in the residential environment there are large spaces for parking, the urbanization is provided with a totally free private parking for tenants. There is communal wifi in the common areas of the urbanization (pool, park, ...).
The house is very spacious and bright, is fully equipped and has functional and modern furniture. It is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning and heating.
The apartment has the following rooms:

- Private main terrace: It has more than 25 square meters of artificial grass, and many others with terrazzo floor to arrange the garden table and sun loungers. It is equipped with two awnings that cover the terrazzo area.
- Kitchen: It has all the necessary appliances, as well as utensils, cutlery and crockery for 4 people. It has a ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster,...
- Dining room: it is separated from the kitchen by an American bar, very useful for breakfast or snacks. It communicates directly to the private garden, very bright throughout the day. Furnished with a sofa, two light armchairs, a table and four chairs, as well as all the necessary furniture for full enjoyment. It has a 40 inch flat screen TV (LED).
- Bathroom: It has a bath, shower and toilet. Towels are included in the rent.
- Master bedroom: It has a bed of 1.50 meters wide. In addition to two bedside tables it has a large built-in wardrobe of more than 2 meters wide. It has direct access to the private garden. The bed linen is included in the rent.
- Children bedroom: It has 2 beds of 90 cm. Wide. It also has an additional wardrobe of more than 1.5 meters wide (approx.). If requested by the client, an additional cot can be included. Bed linen is included in the rent.
The apartment has its own internet connection.
