Beach House facing the sea in dreaming Estancia

"La Cabaña"is two wooden houses in the middle of a heavenly property immersed in the greenest nature facing the sea.

The main house has 3 bedrooms for 8 pp and 2 bathrooms. The dining room and the living room occupy the center part of the house facing the garden.
There is a superb veranda, equipped with sofas and amacas, for outside dining. The second house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is a living room with a kitchenette facing the garden and a terrace, ideal for yoga practice.

The houses are located in the gorgeous Estancia La Carolina and connected by a passerelle over the garden.
Once entered the secured gate of the estancia, you will enjoy a wonderful driveway with eucalyptus trees and flowers. While driving to La Cabaña, you will immediately see the sea and a beautiful and private beach that you can use.
After more than 1 km, you will reach La Cabaña, completely surrounded by nature: on the left side of the houses there is a river that takes you to the beach. You can decide whether to swim, to paddle, or sail to the sea.
La Cabaña is surrounded by a huge garden (15 hectares) with flowers, trees, and a small vegetable garden.
It's a spartan place, with all the essential elements for a perfect holiday.
You have your own private beach, always empty, that you can reach on feet, or through the river.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish-washer (very unusual for Uruguayan homes), oven, coffe-machine.
We offer a daily house-keeping.

You can run along the property, or the beach, you can bike, or you can just enjoy your time by chilling on an amaca in the veranda.
We offer a daily house-keeping on request.
We can provide a referenced house-keeper for extra need.
There is a outdoor shower for after beach.
There is a place for cooking asado outdoor under the stars.

La Cabaña is conveniently located next to the Punta del Este airport.
Nearby towns are Punta del Este and Piriapolis, a typical Uruguayan village.

A car is necessary if you want to explore the surroundings. Otherwise, if you plan to enjoy nature and basic life, in a 15' taxi ride from the airport, you will be home, and you won't need anything else.
We encourage our guests to bring bicycles, kites, canoas, and horses.
Horse rental is available upon request.

Upon request we can arrange to have groceries and beverages on site before your arrival.
